Rude staff, closes at 9 PM but cannot be bothered to cook anything at 8:50, ranges empty, as they want to go at 9. Absolutely awful and will not go there again. I cannot leave 0 stars so 1 will have to do even though it's to many

Went for fish n chips nice piece of fish before it was dipped in the batter when cooked looked nice and spoiled by the cooking oil that poured out of it totally un edible fit only for the bin chips not much better. Shame because the service was pretty good.

Absolutely 1st class gluten free Cod and perfect chips.

Some of the best fish and chips I've had in recent times, the cod was a whole side and their chips stayed moist too. A hidden gem.

Just had large cod and chips and my friend had cod bites and I swear it was the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time. The owner and staff were happy to answer our questions about the area, and gave us lots of useful information. Thank you so much for your lovely service and hospitality. We will definitely be back. I am really shocked by the negative feed back left by one customer when I looked up reviews for myself. Sorry but I found what he said very unfair as it is absolutely spotless clean and excellent service, best fish in years and such value for money. I wish them well and can’t wait to be back. Advertising prices online (Facebook) (and here) which are cheaper than in store, brought it to their attention but they refused to honour the price advertised and were very rude on the phone.

I ended up paying the new price because I had screaming hungry kids.

The food arrived luke warm, sausage in batter was dried out & half the chips were like crisps, will probably give them a miss from now on

Omg! Yum! Haven't had chip shop chips in agessssss! The portions were perfect, lots of choices on food too! Kebabs and burgers! Oooo, need to go back soon. Plus perfect spot to grab a bag and drive 5 minutes up the road to keepers pond! Dinner and a view at a reasonable price! As long as it doesn't rain! ????
