I Had a manicure done the day before my stepson’s wedding. Less than 24 hours my nails started to chip and there was no time to get them re-done before the wedding. Even though it Was regular polish there is NO WAY they should’ve chipped that quick. I called there to let them know the situation and thought perhaps that I could get a credit. I was told I could come back in after the wedding and have them re-done ….what good would that do me? Two days later trying to take the polish off it stained my fingernails. Extremely disappointed and will not be using their services again!

i got a simple gel manicure and the tech got gel all over my skin, and 2 of my nails didn’t get a top coat. & i couldn’t even ask him to fix it because as soon as he finished he ran to the back and i didn’t see him again. honestly won’t be going back and i’ve been going there for months now.

My mom and daughters have visited to get manicures and pedicures. All were happy with the services- speed, quality, price, and friendliness of the staff. My absolute favorite salon. The prices are great and they always do a good job. All the nail techs are friendly. I go here regularly!

My favorite place to get my nails done, anything I’ve wanted they’ve done amazing on. Michael did these and I’ve never been so impressed, I’ve had them for a week now and I still can’t get over them.

Have been going here for about 1.5 years. It's been generally good, but they have a terrible time keeping appointments. Several times I've had to wait 20 minutes because they'll take a walk in knowing they have an appointment coming. This time it was ridiculous. I got there for a 1pm appointment and the person I see had clearly just started someone else. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer. Twice he said five more minutes, but I could see he wasn't close to being done. I ended up leaving and won't be back. Terrible way to treat loyal customers.

I got the best service here. I walked in on Wednesday afternoon and my nails were in tragic shape. The salon was slightly busy since it was around lunch time but I didn't mind. All I waited was about 10 minutes. They had a wide range of colors services and products that they can use. When I did go up to get my nails done the technician. she assess the condition of my nails which two were broken and I needed a fill-in she also asked what shape did I wanted and how long to keep them. I got my nails cut down she did a perfect job. No access products anywhere. I am glad that I stopped. My only suggestion is for them to put a price list somewhere up front. What I paid for my service is comparable to the other shops in the area. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to others.

I went to herbal nails for the first time 9/1/21 and got a pedicure and a full set with gel. We started with the pedicure and it was honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The guy who did my pedicure rushed his way through it and my feet barely went in the water. Then moving onto the nails I showed them the picture (attached) of what I wanted and they butchered it. My nails were SO CLUMPY and super thick it was absolutely terrible. I went to my car and thought about how bad they looked, went inside and he thinned them out a little bit from underneath and they still look terrible and cost me $62. Will never return.
