I have been to this spot many times. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The tray bakes are delicious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The cafe is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
Had brunch on Good Friday at the Hatch. Beautiful.... friendly service. Not the first time we had food and coffee here. Definitely recommend in a heartbeat ????

I had the Cajun chicken wrap, I wanted the beef but unfortunately at 12:15 it was all gone ????! Nevertheless the chicken wrap was crazy good, the chicken has been cooked perfectly (probably for a good few hours) and the flavours of the spices are so good.
Got the Christmas chip, @ £8.50 you’d think you’d get more meat, basically a box of chips with a dash of gravy and a sprinkle of meat on top very disappointing. SD Catering on the shankill far better value for money and tastier.

This place charged me 8 pounds for plain chips which costs only 3.5. Only got some money back when I calculated bill by myself, and asked for money back.

All in all. Food aside (Which was fine). I m thankful. I learned maths. ????
A good variety of meals to choose from at reasonable prices. My wife and I had a lovely lunch in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly waiters. You can also top up your pot of tea at no extra cost.
The coffee here is unreal. I once sat and drank four cups of cappuccino in a row while catching up with a cousin I've never met before. The food however it terrible...
