The people are nice and selection is good. Since the pandemic they haven't been able to get extensions in my color. I tried purchasing a different color. When I took it out of the package it smelled strongly of plastic. When I took it back I was told that they don't take returns - since the pandemic. Is that excuse still allowed ????? Oh well, I guess it's time for me to start wearing my real hair.
This use to be my favorite hair store but things have changed. I don’t know who is their vendor but every pack of hair I have bought recently is definitely not worth the money being charged. Count me out on buying hair from there anymore. Match the prices you charge with the quality of your wefts!!

Purchased the wrong hair! Spent 70.00 all I wanted was the right hair! Never took it out the bag! They tell me due to covid I can’t exchange! I don’t want the money back! Will never conduct business with these people again! If anyone needs some faux loc hair burgundy and black you can have it! I have 6 packs 22’!
I made a $70 purchased. I wanted to exchange 2- $1.99 bottles of nail polish (clearly see that they had not been opened) The manager owner then pointed to the sign of things that are not returnable. Be sure to read the hand written sign on 8X10 paper taped to the top shelf about 10ft above register alerting which item can not be returned. State law is that the posted sign should be eye level. A verbal alert would have been well appreciated.
Does not take back anything even if not opened because as she say covid that can touch stuff but not the customers.
This hair was easy to find and i was really able to get all the hair supplies i would need until my next time but as usually there are friendly faces everywhere and the products have some great quality.
