Worse place to work.. they do not treat their employees equally, they show favoritism!!!! They don’t even pay enough money for them to act the way they do. Do not work or shop here, they’re products are old. Some stuff is expired in 2014 and it’s still on the shelf’s

I've been in 3 times and each time I have shopped there, either Mr. Lee, the young lady that works the counter and floor that is very knowledgeable to the entire store and products(I've not gotten her name) or the younger man also working the counter (assuming a relative to Mr. Lee) all 3 have been more than helpful, courteous, very friendly and more than helpful to me and any of my request. The store can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming if your not fully familiar with it or know exactly what your wanting. The greatest thing about that is they have a bit of everything you could possibly want or imagine.. I'm sure the kitchen sink is in there somewhere! So I rate them 5 stars on the professional service, friendly atmosphere and customer attention they gave me. I also give them a 5 plus star on the price of all the supplies and items I shopped for and purchased, so very affordable.. I will also give them a 5 star rating on the quality, durability and professional usage to the products I purchased.

Not a very good experience. Went to pick up some pretty "pricey" hair growth drops and edge protection. Drops were fine, kept behind counter however, edge protection gel was "Sampled" as you could see deep finger indentations in the product. Noticed immediately and returned only to be given another with the same problem. Being that they only had 2 left, the Cashier offered to take off $1 for a product someone else had "dug in" and was shocked when I didn't accept the so called "deal." Instead, I counter-offered. So we both wouldn't have to go through a refund process, I requested to be given other bottle of drops, mind you that were only $1 more than the dug-out edge protection. The cashier refused, stating that he couldn't because it was a $1 more...hahahawooo...my my my...Soooo I request a refund. Store lost $20.93 over $1...smh...funny tho how cashier was willing to provide a less than satisfactory product for $1 less versus standard customer service. My last time shopping there????????????????????

I live in Clinton. I have shopped here for years. The owners watch you like a hawk. The wig selection has changed drastically. Their wigs are not great quality and over priced. Staff extremely unfriendly. You get an uncomfortable feeling shopping here. But I continue to shop here since its convenient.

I went in today no one spoke and their wig selection and prices are terrible. They might have had more selections but the owner didn't ask if i needed help and the young lady that worked there came by me on each isle i was on and didn't ask. I hope she don't give no more wig advise like i heard her give today.

They wigs are a hit or a miss either you get something good that last the length it’s supposed too or you get something bad that get old quick or sheds ALOT!!! They have a large selection of other things but the owners look at you like hurry up and buy!!!

The young lady said help me was very knowledgeable about the products and she was very friendly

Prices are a bit expensive for smaller items and you have to pay attention when they give you change. I witnessed two incidents of error with correct change.
