Just went in for lip gloss and a blow dryer found out I walked into a sale I didn't know about and even though I missed the fine print of cash only they still gave me a great discount for the items I purchased. Thank you will definitely return. Love my hair ????

Great customer service, the quality of the hair is excellent and the hair selection is great. I was there like last week for my aunt. They were very patient with me, they listened and catered to all my concerns. They helped me pick out the best hair for a great price. Highly recommend this place.

I've been to this location before and the experience was decent, however this particular time I was followed up and down each aisle I went on. I understand theft may be at a high, but every paying customer shouldn't be made to feel like a thief. Definitely a horribly uncomfortable shopping experience.

I have always loved this business. The owner actually remembers his loyal customers whenever they walk in the store. . In my opinion, They have 1 of the best inventories in Augusta GA . I especially like how they have the 1pk of quality weave for full price and the other pk for half price. Very good owner and they have a loyal and stable staff as well. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products they carry/sell.

I'm very upset because I purchased 2 wigs from here (hair is lovely ) but I needed to use the restroom badly and they wouldn't let me, even though I just made them money! That's no way to treat good customers who shop here often. I'm glad Augusta has plenty of hair stores, your loss Hair Depot! Btw, I went next door to Auto Zone and they gladly showed me to the restroom.

This is my go to place for my hair products and wigs. The ladies that run the wig area are flawless when it comes to assisting you in finding the right wig. They also are great with eye brow arching as well. Not only do they help you find a wig, they will also fit and style the wig to your liking. This will always be my go to place to beautify myself under 30 minutes ❤

I went inside to get something to drink to keep my sugar level from dropping any further and possibly bottoming out. I was feeling bad so the ladies that were working directed me to a seat and kept an eye on me until my mom made it to the store and I was feeling better. The staff today was outstanding, kudos to them both.
