A fast food service with impeccable food standards for a small business. My brother has been buying food every Saturday for a few years now and the family of the business are beautifully accommodating to his social needs with his Learning Disability and Autism. They are a blessing to the community.
We order from here twice a month and usually the service is impeccable. Today was the worst ever!!
We ordered through Uber Eats and when the order arrived it was wrong. I called the shop directly and spoke to a polite young lady who mentioned it to the manager in the background.
The manager was claiming that I was lying as he packed the order himself - but the order WAS wrong! To rectify he said I could go to the shop and collect the missing items. Why would I do that when I had used Uber Eats in the first place? Surely that would indicate that I can’t get to the shop personally or I would have done!
Attitude of the manager was not good, food was cold anyway and extremely below par for what we’ve come to expect from this establishment.
All in all, this one experience has now made us decide not to get food from here again. Disgusting way to behave towards loyal customers indeed!
