The new barber Katie ( I believe that is her name) she butchered my sons hair today which took 1 hour in the chair! She shaved his cowlick because she didn’t know what it was. All while the gentlemen who have a long history with us, sat there and shrugged. I figured that I don’t need to be selective because they surely wouldn’t hire sub par people. How dare you hire such an incompetent talentless barber. At my sons expense. How dare any of you act like that was acceptable!
Not recommended this place to anyone. The must have had a bad day because when I asked for a beard trim, he blatantly shaved it all off! Stay away…
