Great Clips is a Great place fast service and nice customer service. The emplyer by the name Cynthia is very nice and funny and she do a good job on my hair and give me tips to keep my hair better. I been a customer there for some years. No complains I don’t know why it look like I make a negative comment. Happy Holidays!!

The Cooper City salon needs make wait time info realistic. I checked in today because although I’m busy the wait time was only 21 minutes. HAHA! I arrived in 15 minutes and found one employee cutting hair and another employee leaving with me being third on the check-in with 5 people checked in and wait time of 119 minutes! I was told they would be getting to me quickly. I stayed cause I was already there and yeah, I finally got into the chair after a wait of 1 hour and 10 minutes. Staffing problems or not, there is no excuse for wait times being so misleading. KF

WOW beautiful, new, clean, place. And the service was spectacular! I was greeted, with a smile. She cut my son's hair & he was very happy. Highly recommend

Both my and my partner got our haircut done at cooper city salon. My partner has selective mutism so I talked to janice and told her what was wanted. And my partner's hair was not cut as talked about. They barely used scissors. They front parts are uneven And my lady Olcay talked over me when i talked about my hair. I explained how long i want it and my plans for my hair. And i was cut off every time i spoke. Once they took a phone call aftwr that i stopped trying. I have gone here so many times and they work with me on what i want and how to get my hair like that.

This place is OK for an inexpensive hair cut. To be honest I have had more not so good haircuts than I have had good ones. Trick is to find somebody good that will follow your directions and what you want to do with your hair. If you find that person get their card and call ahead to make an appointment with that person. That way you have someone that you know can give a good haircut. You get familiar and comfortable with them. They are the lowest priced chain haircut place so tip well and accordingly.

Appointment for haircut at 11:00 . Was in the chair by 11:05.. polite curiosity and an outstanding cut. It was as I asked Maria is an outstanding stylist. Well worth the visit. Will schedule again.

The staff is very nice, but unfortunately they either lack listening skills or just do as they please. I asked for one and a half inches to be cut off my ends with long layers and even showed a picture with a hair cut down to the waist. After my hair cut it fell just below my shoulders. It will take years to grow back. Please don’t cut people hair past what they ask for????

I've been going to this great clips for the past 3 yrs because one of the hair stylist, Rick, always takes the time to make sure my hair cut is just the way I like it before I leave. He is efficient with his hair cuts. I enjoy the atmosphere because the staff is very friendly and warm hearted. I cannot speak on behalf of women hair cuts or styling, but hair cuts at this location are pretty good from my point of view. Hope everyone else has a good experience too!
