Pretty fast service and friendly staff. Not the greatest cuts but I haven't had to go back for anything I couldn't fix myself and for the price, location and time of availability, can't ask for much more. Parking lot is a bit weird, but that's not their fault. Just be careful.
Came in to get a haircut for my daughter(1yr old) and my husband. Both ladies were very welcoming and lovely people! They did a fantastic job for both of them and Jessica was a pro with my daughter and gave me very helpful tips!
I usually get my daughters hair cut at the great clips in Trinity parkway but was in the area and decided to get it cut here. Will NEVER be returning. Phalla cut my daughters hair and may I say it was horrible. We requested a v shape with layers and it was immensely choppy. The center of the v was way off centered. And it was not even on either side. On one side it went down gradually and on the other side it just dropped to the v. I reached out to management about this horrible experience to no avail. We had to go else where to get her hair fixed and pay once again. Save yourself the time and hassle. I don’t know if they do not screen their professionals properly or what but please do yourself a favor and do not get your hair cut here.
I got my hair cut by Kristi and she was great! I had very long curly hair and I wanted it all cut off. She talked to me about all my options and checked for my opinion along the way. She showed me my hair curly and then straightened for me so I knew how to style it both ways. I'm very happy with my hair and I would recommend this salon.
The shop opens at 9am and set up an appointment to come in and when I show up they have Chem-Dry Delta cleaning the lobby carpet. I was turned away by the stylist stating they have to wait for them to be finished. I first off have to say that the stylist are mediocre and the fact that they scheduled this type of work to be performed during operating hours showed lack of responsibility of management. This is just enough reason to take my business else where going forward.

I just want to add further that after I left I googled a new hair salon and I was able to travel just up to March Lane and be seen right away at precision cuts, they are priced the same but all the stylist are very experienced and very welcoming and to know they are a mom and pop type shop adds even more value to me.
Besides the wait...Just like to say, the lady that took care of my son's first hair cut did a fantastic job and patiently worked with him. She offered suggestions and made my husband and I very comfortable with the situation since we knew our child was scared of loud or unfamiliar noises. Thank you
I've come here to get my hair cut for a few years now because it's only $15 and I've never had a completely bad cut. Some of the girls are better than others but I can be picky. They keep notes of what you get so you don't have to explain it every time and all of the employees are extremely nice.
Plus...The staff is nice and there's practically no wait time. Very convenient. In and out of there in about 10 minutes. Minus...Rates have increased. There's quite a few other places where I can get a $10 cut.
