Já tive meu cabelo várias vezes cortado por eles são excelentes profissionais porém hoje sinceramente não entendi porque eles fizeram isso.

Sai de Medfield até Framigham apenas para cortar o cabelo com eles, entrei no salão tinha 2 pessoas apenas esperando e 3 barbeiros trabalhando, essas pessoas tiveram seus cabelos feitos e então pensei depois deles será minha vez e aí esperei por 1 hora e vi várias pessoas chegando e serem atendidas primeiro do que eu ( pessoas que devem ter marcado horário) porém se isso acontece e eles estão vendo uma pessoa sentada a 1 hora esperando PORQUE NÃO COMUNICAM A PESSOA QUE TERÁ PESSOAS NA FRENTE E QUE PODE DEMORAR UM POUCO. Apenas me ignoraram de informar e quando me levantei pra sair porque já tinha perdido minha paciência eles resolveram conversar comigo e dizer “ Ei você será o próximo” ????????‍♂️ Devem achar que todo mundo está com tempo atoa pra ser feito de otario. Sinceramente foram muito anti- profissionais hoje e realmente eu não tenho mais tempo para procurar outro lugar pois estou me mudando pra Fort Carson- CO por conta do meu trabalho. (02/12/2022)

I’ve been going there for years, and service was always top-notch. Sure, sometimes the wait was a bit long, but the haircut is worth it. The people is always kind, and cheerful. Don’t listen to some people who said they bad-mouthed them in Spanish, the barbers have every right to if the client doesn’t like their hard work. Overall, highly recommended!

Maestro doesn't speak much English, but he makes it up with a haircut that is better than a lot of people who did speak English. Incredibly friendly and attentive to detail. This place is a hidden gem.

I’ve been going to this barber shop for five years and the level of service has been declining consistently. The two barbers that are there at 9am regularly bad-mouth their clients in Spanish if they think the client doesn’t understand. I experienced this yesterday morning when I asked for a simple fade (which came out totally wrong). When I called them out for bad-mouthing my hair, there was just silence. Never again will I visit this business.

Very inconsiderate. I called ahead to make sure I had a slot. They said it wasn’t necessary, and I could just come in. I went in and waited, I watch them take a few people before that came in after. This is what I tried to avoid. Very moronic.
