I agree that I get mixed service at this salon.
I have gotten a full set of acrylics which started lifting within a week, then they were filled by (who I think is) the manager/owner and they lasted a month, which was great. I got them filled for my wedding and they were lovely.
I got a pedicure and it looked terrible. Patchy, uneven length. I could have done better myself––and I'm terrible at nails, there's a reason I pay to have them done.
I got my acrylics taken off a month ago and it was actually painful. I was recommended to do dip to strengthen my nails, and I am glad because that helped after having acrylics for a couple months––but the color was all wrong. I told my nail tech and she was frustrated and made me feel like we could not go back and change it even though she'd only started a couple nails with the dip powder. I immediately went home and painted over the color because it was a horrible pink with my skin tone.
I had the dip taken off yesterday and got regular nail polish, and my manicure is completely lumpy, like the dip was not removed properly. The length is also uneven.
I like coming to this place because it's a good location for my sister and I meet up to hang out and catch up, but I'm not happy with the inconsistent service I receive.
I'm not good or bad at nails, so when I go to nail salons, I'm going because I want something special. Something done well. I did not get that here. I got the no chip magnetic polish manicure. I came to get no chip because I don't have gel polish at home and I wanted this one to last a while. At first I was pretty happy but then I noticed that my nails had a rather significant empty space near the cuticle which made them look much shorter than they actually are. All I have to say is if you gave me a gel base coat, a gel top coat, a black gel nail polish, a magnetic gel polish, and a magnet, I could have done the exact same thing at home but better. Will not be coming back.
I’ve gone here twice for dip manicure and both times it was great! This time, Maddy did my nails and did a great job. Would recommend to others.
It’s so close and convenient to my house and they do a really great job on the nails overall so that’s why I come here. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. It’s usually easy to make an appointment as they have lots of staff and great hours. Most of the technicians are lovely and do a great job. I have had the occasional pushy or rough or crabby or impatient person over there. It’s not always perfect. But they are not the norm. And occasionally you will get the blatantly obvious person talking negatively about someone in another language. I will say that it’s a rare occurrence and 9/10 services are without complaint, which is why I’m a happy customer overall. :) I do remember Cathy and Tim being great, but I will have to look back at my receipts to recommend who the best technicians are - I have no favorites as the majority do a great job. Thank you!
Very friendly and clean place! ???? I’ve been coming here for every mani and pedi I need lately! I absolutely love their Double shot pedicures with milk and honey with an included stone massage ???? and my most recent French tip ombré dip manicure is just beautiful ???? ????????
I have been here a few times and have had great service. I recently came in for a pedicure and was able to get a walk-in (mid-day, week day). Service was great, love the result. Some of the staff are not as fluent in English as others but this has never been an issue - I have gotten great results each time regardless of who my technician was. Will be coming back.

I always go here it’s the best place for a dip manicure no matter who does them. Vu did my dip manicure this time and they’re perfect. He even helped me pick out the color. I recommend making an appointment because they’re always busy everyday. I always get in and out less than an hour.
