pretty bang average salt and chilli chips... asked for bbq spare ribs and get hit with ribs in some brown gravy thing?? could of swore bbq spare ribs are in a red bbq sauce but who am i to say eh? nae wings on a Thursday night either. head somewhere else folks

I was in the area and thought I would try some food again on Friday as used to order from here several years ago where food was good and what a disappointment. The curry was very bland and salt n pepper chips were very close to being raw and also in the other dish that I ordered and went in the bin. Chicken spring rolls were best part of the meal. I would recommend ordering elsewhere if you are looking for good quality food.

First time ordering and really enjoyed it. Phoned in the order and went and collected it.

Service was friendly and staff polite. Didn't take long for the food to be ready. Piping hot and fresh. Ordered a beef chow mein and a chicken and pineapple with cashew nuts and boiled rice. Everything was perfect. Prices are very reasonable. Would recommend.

Thought we had found the only good chinese takeaway in the area after a few months of consistently good meals, then it all went wrong. We would regularly order breast of chicken curry chopped and were happy with the thick sauce, big chunks of chicken and onions, then it changed to thin hard strips hardly any onions and barely any sauce.The fried rice became overcooked and mushy, the quality of pancake rolls changed too, we used to really enjoy them then it became a greasy mush.You used to pick them up easily, now too greasy stuck to bag ,had to use cutlery to eat them as came to bits. The final straw came after weeks of below par meals and giving them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered King prawn curry, one of our favourite meals from Gordons and noticed an aftertaste after the first mouthful. We were

oot the game for the whole weekend and vowed never to trust another chinese takeaway in the area!

Been buying from Gordon’s for 15 years and regular customers. Last order wasn’t great, waited a few weeks and ordered again tonight!! Overcooked or

reheated Chips, salt and chicken chicken balls where solid. Rice and curry not the best or to the usual shop standard- and a £25 order in the bin. So disappointing and not one bit was enjoyable

completey went down hill since I last ordered from the chinease, asked for a diced chicken curry and it came in large strips and the chicken was black, wasn't very hot either, my partners salt & chilli chicken was ok but Defiently had better from here, very disappointed. Won't be back.

Poor quality poor customer service ordered special fried rice. Bland no flavour boiled meat and omelette plopped on top.. Had to smother with curry sauce so any flavour.

Yummy authentic Chinese takeaway. Reliable and convenient. This place has been my go-to for many years. Always consistent and never let me down. Highly recommended!
