Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Been getting out of the Treasure from the day it opened. But over the last 6 months the food has been very poor. We always enjoyed the food but not anymore. We go elsewhere now. The Treasure not the same as it used to be
Just called to Golden Treasure in Lurgan. While I waited in the car I witnessed one of the chefs out for a smoke. While smoking, he vomited twice, wiped his mouth with his hand and his hand with his apron before returning to handle noodles with bare hands. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never return.
Lovely sliced chicken supper tasty curry great food.
Best damned takeaway in the area! I got a chicken ball supper with curry, which was enormous and enough for 2 people, quite delicious. The other half had chilli chicken and noodles and she was very very happy. Great value too at less than £14. The counter server, what a diamond, great attitude and a smile that would disarm a devil. Pay that girl whatever she asks, the place would sink without her.....
i found a literal tooth in my curry half and half….definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Ordered Kung Po chicken with chips, some of the chicken was overcooked and some of the chicken was undercooked. The chips were overcooked. Absolutely disgusting just couldn't eat it. Whole lot put into bin, total waste of money. Used to be the best Chinese in town, cash payment only, Overpriced, won't be back!
Anybody that has eaten in this place, must have been blocked, or going on a mental breakdown because I binned mine on on first bite????????????
We just ordered a meal for 2 deal and everything tastes disgusting. Noodles are burnt and dry. I tried to fix it by adding some of my soy sauce and sesame oil but I still couldn't hide the bitter burnt taste. The beef was overcooked, hard to bite and tasteless. At least the Chinese soup was warm with flavour. After trying those three things I couldn't bother trying the sweet and sour chicken, ribs... nothing else. If you are going to offer a meal to customers, try at least it tastes similar to what we are paying for and its name. You can't cook

Quick Facts About Golden Treasure Lurgan

500 words is quite a lot to work with, so let's break down the strengths and weaknesses of Golden Treasure Lurgan Place based on the comments provided.
Strengths: 1. Great value for money: One customer mentioned that they got a large chicken ball supper with curry for less than £14, which was enough to feed two people. This indicates that the portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable.
2. Friendly staff: According to one comment, the counter server had a great attitude and a disarming smile. Good customer service can enhance the overall dining experience and make customers feel welcome.
Weaknesses: 1. Decline in food quality: Multiple comments mentioned that the food quality has deteriorated over the past six months. This suggests that there may be consistency issues in the kitchen, leading to a decline in the taste and quality of the dishes.
2. Hygiene concerns: One customer witnessed a chef vomiting and then handling noodles with bare hands. This raises serious concerns about hygiene standards in the restaurant. Such incidents can greatly impact a customer's trust and willingness to dine at the establishment.
3. Inconsistent cooking: A customer complained about inconsistent cooking of their Kung Po chicken and overcooked chips. Overcooking and undercooking of ingredients indicate a lack of attention to detail and proper cooking techniques in the kitchen.
4. Inedible food: Multiple comments indicated that the food was inedible due to issues such as burnt and dry noodles, tasteless and overcooked meat, or finding a literal tooth in a dish. These incidents reflect a lack of quality control and attention to cleanliness and food safety procedures.
5. Cash payment only: One customer mentioned that the restaurant only accepts cash payment. In today's digital age, this can be inconvenient for customers who prefer using card or mobile payment methods. It may deter potential customers who don't carry cash.
Based on these comments, it is clear that Golden Treasure Lurgan Place has some significant weaknesses that need to be addressed. The decline in food quality, hygiene concerns, inconsistent cooking, inedible food, and limited payment options are all serious issues that can greatly impact the restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction. These weaknesses overshadow the positive aspects such as good value for money and friendly staff. Golden Treasure Lurgan Place should focus on improving its food quality, maintaining high hygiene standards, ensuring consistent cooking, and considering alternative payment methods to provide a better dining experience for customers.
