This takeaway only restaurant is not much more than a hole-in-the-wall, with an associated waiting room.
We visited twice while staying in the area and were mostly pleasantly surprised by the food we received. Although the chicken and roast pork fried rice was pretty bland, both the vegetable fried rice and the satay chicken were delicious.
Seemed reasonably popular on both the visits I made.
Very cold whilst waiting and curry sauce needs lots more flavour. Rice was good and service was fine
Cannot recommend this place enough, order regulary and quality and standard always the same, and amazing quality for price !
The best chinese ever. Always gives lovely food
The amount of salt used as an ingredient is shocking, the moment it hits the taste buds all you can taste is salt, salty beef salty chicken, salty prawns, basically is a salty curry, no wonder they call it a special curry. Will not be returning due to dehydration.
Well we went to golden pool tonight in Camborne because golden koi in redruth isn't open wednesdays, we asked for sausage and chips, Got 1 sausage with the chips, Singapore noodles, chicken and pineapple, 1 bag of chips and prawn crackers, £25 it cost, I thought well its a lot more than we normally pay but oh well its going to be nice, We got home looking forwards to our meal and found the chips were like rubber, the Singapore noodles were stodgy as anything and looked like they'd been thrown in in bin the taken back out again and my partner isnt normally a fussy eater but even she did not like any part if her chicken and pineapple, the sauce was not nice and the chicken was like rubber, iv herd a lot of good reviews for this place but if that's the quality of the food they are producing then I'm never going to go back, Nor will I ever recommend it,, £25 in the bin for us
It shuts at 10 not 11. Don't walk past the keebab shops on a Saturday night to get to it as the doors are closed
