My nails could have been better, the gentleman who did my nails seemed agitated and my nail polish was sloppy.
So two years later, I tried this place again and like before I'm super disappointed. My nails are sloppy the design looks terrible. I originally asked for white and gold design. Tom said he could do it ,but it looked terrible so he took it off. I ask for rhinestones he put them on sloppy as well so when I told him I didn't like he said I do everything and you don't like it. No sir my nails look horrible. I don't like them. I will not be returning.

Went to get a full set Wednesday by Friday 3 nails came off! DONT EVEN WASTE YA TIME AND THEY WONT CARE OR FIX and they were very thin to begin with! Was just in a rush and needed someone last minute and they ALLWAYS DO SHITTTY JOBS
I went to get a gel polish change and a snip of my toenails just to get me until I could sit for an entire soak, etc
The staff was so very kind and did an EXCELLENT AMAZING job on my old school toe design.
They don’t take tips on card so I couldn’t leave the ten dollars ???? I wanted to but I’ll DEFINITELY be back to give it to her because she was AMAZING!
I called for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I should have just been told they do not perform dip often. Every single nail the dip is over the side of my nails and lifted on all the edges. Not to mention my fingers nails are in pain which has never happened to me with dip powder before. Gel pedicure was okay, but it was the littlest amount of time I’ve ever paid someone for a pedicure for. Overpriced and inexperienced. Do not recommend here at all.
Kim does my hand and feet it's a nice place plus the staff is wonderful
All different shapes, all the nails are rounded, they cut us, they are rude, they were rough, DON’T WASTE UR TIME GOING‼️‼️‼️
I’ve been going to KIM for years one of my top five FAVORITE nail salons in the city of Pittsburgh I highly recommend! She is MASTER at eye brows and does great with manis and pedis!!
