I could spend an hour in here just looking at all of the merchandise! The selections are huge! The store has an inviting presence and very helpful, friendly staff. Their prices are very reasonable and the products are quality! I encourage you to check out out!

While this place may have some nice and extremely beautiful things, I personally think that they're EXTREMELY over priced for one, for two it stated on the business hours they were open until 9, and I get there at 7:50 and they started rushing me out of there bcuz they said they're closing early bcuz of the weather. It wasn't even bad last night, except that it was cold! I will not be coming back here if they paid me, as I spent almost $250 all together and I feel like I was told higher prices bcuz I stopped them from closing an hour early, bcuz almost everything I got was higher priced than what the price tag stated the price was

Owner is extremely rude and racist. If you want someone to glare at you and be rude to you while you give them your money this is your kind of store. Do not shop here.

I had a terrible experience with this store my purchase came up to $40.12.I had $40 on a debit card. I wanted to give the cashier the 12 cents plus i had another $20 bill in my wallet. The cashier tried to refund the money back on the card some how he took my money off the card i had to wait 10 days for the refund i was so upset. Think about it he should have let me give him the 12 cents his Register wouldn’t have came up short and he still should have sold me the braiding hair I had extra $20 bill anyways bad service I recommend you go to beauty icon on 31st prospect they treat their customers like queens

I will never shop here again. They are rude and very judgemental people. It's sad...

Do NOT shop here! Would give no stars if I could. They do not respect their black customers, especially black women with children. We spend the most money with this establishment and yet they are completely disrespectful. Was told my small children needed to wait outside in 84 degree heat. Needless to say they didn’t get my dollars. Put back over $80 bucks worth of merchandise and will shop a black owned hair store from now on. Do NOT shop here!

When I went in, the man cashier was very rude. I will take my business somewhere else. Really no stars. Didn't even spend my money or time in there. Very Rude.

Horrible experience. I took my developmental disabled client to the store to learn to budget her money for hair prices cause she wanted a better wig. Was having her write down prices to get an idea if it would fit in her budget. Gentlemen told us to rip up our paper or to scribble it out because of policy.
