AWESOME! I have waited two weeks before posting my review because I am a hard-working SAHM and I bathe toddlers, wash dishes, garden and do general housework 24/7. I cannot ever keep on a set of SNS or acrylics for more than a week. I always lose one and they’re usually all lifting by day 8. It has now been TWO WEEKS and my nails are still perfectly intact! I had SNS (dip nails) and Lou did them. They’re gorgeous, her technique is lovely, I have a wide nail bed, and if a nail tech fills the entire thing and goes from there I look like I have monster hands. She did such an incredible job. My 17yo daughter had acrylics done at the same time and hers are still perfect, too! I am so glad we tried this place, never going anywhere else!!!
I LOVE this place. I moved up here for college and was driving and hour each way to go to my home nail salon (I am a loyal customer) when my friend suggested we try Gold Nail, and I was hooked! Lou is AMAZING. I like to play around with my nails, and she never disappoints! They have a great selection of colors and designs, and the price is reasonable for the quality. Definitely recommend!
I went into this salon with a picture of the nails i wanted, I showed Lou the picture and she did exactly what i wanted she did absolutely amazing! Isabella did the snowflake design and i was absolutely shocked at how my nails looked exactly like the picture i showed them! I definitely recommend this salon, they know what they are doing! I will be coming here from now on!
My granddaughter for her birthday wanted a specific pattern on her nails. Showed her the picture and she NAILED IT PERFECTLY. I was amazed at the intricate painting she had to do and my granddaughter was very happy
I have had bad experiences getting my nails done other places before, but I am happy to say that gold nail and day spa were great. My nails have never looked and felt so good, they do awesome work. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back again.
By far the best place in Dahlonega how to get your nails done. Isabell is such a perfectionist and each time I come she make sure I leave with the upmost satisfaction. I’ve been getting my nails done for over five years in the same style and shape and she does it the best. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this place
I needed my nails done, because I'd put it off too long an my nails were becoming sensitive. I didn't have any expectations going in, because I had yet to have a decent experience at a nails salon.
Most of the time, the ladies just whack the ends of my nails off and start drilling away. However, this lovely, angelic woman, carefully filed away all of the old SNS. And when I say carefully, I didn't feel anything despite how sensitive my nails were. Usually my finger hurt after getting them redone, but not this time. As if that wasn't enough, she was polite, and answered all my questions.
BUT WAIT, because my nails were gorgeous after. Perfectly shaped, and just the right thickess. I've been receiving compliments on them left and right.
Go here. Give these people your business. Because I'm not going anywhere else.
Appointment was at 3:30 was able to get seen at 4:25, wouldn't let me get designs done like I had planned, wouldn't communicate with me and didn't hold up with appointments very well letting others without an appointment go before. Very dissapointed with my service here today.
