Horrible nail polish application .form one of the man workers.he did a sloppy job not a smooth finish. consistently told me to get gel nail polish.I said no and they were upset but this is why I asked for regular polish.because I had a feeling this type of thing would happen .. he asked why not gel .I told him I like to change colors .. and now that I think about it .it seems that he did it on purpose ..and on the side of my thumb looks awful and missing nail polish my nails look like I have them for a couple weeks .but I just got them done today ..So Disappointed

We just left tachi spa with a bad experience. I found this place and I'm so happy I'm mad I live so far. Its hard to find a good salon. Come here. Moms happy. I'm happy!!
Nails looked ok was in and out pretty fast but my nail person didnt really know how to do nail art aka cheetah print...like its not that hard but ok soooo i guess it came out more like Dalmatian spots caus i had white under with a dark cherry "cheetah" print...oh well will stick with my normal nail place
We’d give one star if not for another lady who actually offered the redo. My wife wanted just a basic color on her toe nails. And some guy who probably doesn’t have a proper license did it and painted all over her skin. And when she asked him to fix it, the guy not only cut and made her toe bleed, he has offered no redo, refund, or even an apology.
Anyone who has experience in the field knows that they let the inexperienced people do simple colors or pedicures. But at least take responsibility if you screwed it up. The incident is definitely reportable. I highly doubt this technician had license at all.
Anyways. Just make sure you double check their work. And question them if they have been properly trained if they make super basic mistakes.
If I could I would give this place 0 stars I would. The service was poor, my girlfriend had to wait for over an hour when they told her 30 minutes. The man who did her nails was rude and unprofessional, and he did a poor job. Two of her fingers were clipped and bleeding, and she asked for coffin shape, and they came out as a poor quality square. When he was done he practically threw her hand and then he was rude about not getting a tip. Overall don't come here if you want good service, no pain, and good quality nails.
Very surprised at the negative reviews. Went for my first time yesterday for a basic full set. For how busy they were, they greeted me, the wait wasn't longer than 20 minutes, and the gentleman who did my nails was very polite. I love my nails. The gel is beautiful, nails are done exactly as I asked him to do them, and the place was pretty clean.
The service is great, everyone is very friendly. I am a regular customer here and rarely is there ever a long wait time the max i have waited was maybe 5mins twice? But I usually get taken in right away. The prices are the best in town! Lots of gel colors to choose from and i have never had any problems with my acrylics chipping or the polish peeling ????????
