I love everything about this place! Even after a long day and walking in an hour before closing, I am always treated with respect and welcomed in! Tim & Vinny are the best! ???????? Couldn’t possibly say enough good about them. Even if I don’t like what I picked out, they will redo it anytime.
Went in for a deluxe pedi. And then decided to get my nails does as well. We were told they do not do “regular polish” we had to get shellac on our nails. Ok fine. For 2 people it was $290! NEVER in my life would I spend this on nails! Then when I questioned it, I was told it’s because we did shellac. Umm so $145 a person for a pedi and to paint my nails with shellac!? Absolutely ridiculous. One tech said that was rather high. Then when the “manager” came in he said that was correct! I will not be going here again!
I went in today to treat myself because I was feeling a bit down. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and that was confirmed by two people that work there that they that they could do it for me. Once they had started on my nails and did the basecoat they realize they did not have what I wanter. I showed them another picture and asked for something similar to that, they tried but it did not come out right either. I was not happy with the outcome and was given seven dollars off the purchase. I left and I wasn’t happy and I talked to a couple girls who agreed with me that it didn’t come out anything near when I want it and I should tell them. I went back to tell them that I was not happy and the gentleman that runs the place trying to draw lines to make it look better and it didn’t. A girl name Sam who is a tech there, came up to me and began raising her voice at me and talking to me in a disrespectful manner. She ask what do you want us to do? I said I feel like they should be done all over to something else. They said they would not do that. Every time I try to explain myself Sam would talk over me and raise your voice at me telling me that I said I was feeling down when I came in so I was taking it out on them etc. one of the other text begin to videotape the conversation I could not get very many words in edgewise with Sam talking over me. I went to the camera where they were videotaping tried to very hard to wait for Sam to keep her voice down and eventually said in the camera exactly what it happened. They told me they would cut my nails off and give me my money back. I was so shocked at the time about my treatment I actually should’ve taken that offer so I could go somewhere else. As I started to leave Sam was walking with me towards the door still saying things and when I got to the door She told me to get out! Which were my intentions anyway. The man who runs it gave me another $10 back and said it was out of his money. It was the most Unprofessional and shocking situation I have ever been in in a business and I’m not young. One comment was made to me stating “really, over nails?” I said yes I paid $80 out of my disability money. I was told “if I cannot afford it, then I shouldn’t have them done” that was also by Sam. I did call the police to file police report against the treatment especially by Sam. One of the police officers went in and asked to see the video and they would not show it to them. They told the police that they did not want me back in they would file trespassing if I did. The officer said he was sure that was not a problem. This rating has zero stars!!! Apparently I have to put some thing I know where to submit it
so disappointing. i hate leaving reviews like this but they are rough and i know everyone is short staffed at the moment but they’ve been this way since i can remember from 2015-2016. i think because of the short staffing they’re not being gentle and doing nails the way you want and like. i was going in monthly to get my nails done and it was so rough i decided that i cant go back.
Sam has been doing my nails for the last two years. She’s easy to book with, always goes above and beyond in the quality of her work, and is great to talk to for an hour. Ask for Sam, you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been going to gel nails for over 10 years but will now stop because it’s absolutely filthy. 2 of my nails hurt after this last gel manicure due to lack of cleanliness. There are many other places to go with the same pricing that are much cleaner. Avoid if you have cleanliness standards.
Went in at 12pm saturday and the place was full so they told me to come back in an hour and I did. Got tended to right away. The staff was very friendly. Got a pedicure and gel nails. The same guy who did my pedi did my nails. I was extremely satisfied with the end results and the great prices.
Friendly atmosphere and did a great job. 3 weeks now and nails and toes are still perfect. If my nails hadn't grown, they would be good for another 2 weeks!
