I’m not sure why so many bad reviews, I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Everything is clean & sterile, Gina always does an amazing job on my acrylic tips & the detail/design always comes out perfect. Julissa does my gel pedicure & it lasts me so long. Everyone is very attentive!

I've been to many places over the years, but since I met Gina here, I've only been going here. Her skills are outstanding and she is so kind. This shop is always clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend it. There are some rude comments, but don't worry, you are doing well, so I hope you do better as you are now. always support

I’ve visited garden nails a handful of times and I specifically come for their pedicure services. Ms. Lizet does a great job with me and I am grateful for her hard work and diligence. I have difficulty to do my own toes at home because it is painful for me to separate my toes for the past years growing up in tight shoes & naturally having larger feet. I feel respected, comfortable coming to this establishment and highly recommend to others who have read my review.

Gina has a really bad attitude and it makes the experience that much worse. My mom’s manicure did not dry properly because the nail polish was bad but she insisted that nothing was wrong with the nail polish and refused to repaint it for her. On top of that, she said she would charge $15 for a re-do even though the nail tech that did it for my mom knew something was wrong with the nail polish. She refused to give my mom back her points because she didn’t have the card so she charged my my mom $3 to open a new card, just to give back the points. She also asked my mom to delete her review so she obviously knows she’s in the wrong.

I also had a bad experience because I always ask for a gel manicure but one time they used a different gel, without asking me if I wanted it so my usual payment of $55 went up to $95. They don’t do a great enough job to charge me $95, which is why I will never come back :)

Got my nails done with Gina a few months ago, and I couldn't let go of the worst experience of my entire life. I couldn't be any more disappointed with my nails and the service. First of all, she was being rude and mean. I understand that you dont have to be nice, but some people go to nail salons to have a relaxing, pleasant time, but I've experienced the total opposite. Second, she went too deep into my cuticles, so I told her it was hurting, but she did not care. Finally, I did the most basic nails, and she managed to ruinthem. The nails were chipping off after a few days. I did not want to go back here to get it fixed because it was a nightmare, and didnt want to experience that service again. I am telling you, anything is better than Gina’s service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Reply to the owner, if you treat customers with your attitude, there will be fewer and fewer customers. I never want to change to other colors, but this time there is indeed a problem with the color. Will the nail polish be applied in 6 layers? This time it took 6 coats to paint, needless to say, I will never go to your store again, good luckIf you make nails in this shop, if they don’t do well, you have a complaint and they won’t accept it. Their nail polish is used up, so add some thin liquid to it and continue to use it. After it dries, the color changes. If you want to change the color, you need it. Charge $15, I will not go to this store again in the futu

I thought I've been to and had the worst of the worst for UV Gel filling but Garden Nails 2 takes the cake for being the WORST place I've been to in 21 yrs!!! Place is clean staff is friendly BUT when Gina asked if I wanted my nice long nails shortend, I said yes a LITTLE just to clean them up..Well she took three quarters of the length off! They are so short I can make a fist!! their all uneven in length, lopsided, gel thicker on one-side of nail and thin on the other.( you really can't tell in photos, but I wouldn't be wasting my time with this rant if my nails were good), My cuticles are all cut up AND I had to ask to use the file Because the underlying corners of my nails were all curved in due to the way the gell was applied and I asked for them to fix with the file, the guy took the buffer file and attempted to fix telling me that was just how my nails were. AGAIN I state this place was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST nail salons that I've been to in 21 yrs of getting my nails done....save your time and money and go somewhere else.
