First time going to Galaxy and i loved it. The manager/ owner is very sweet and straight forward. Reasonable pricing and very clean and maintaining CDC guidlines. The whole place is very clean and the layout is great too.
Excellent job on my nails and very patient with me being undecisive about the color i wanted. Highly recommend!
When I first got there, they were arguing who is going to do my nails for two minutes then after two minutes of Arguing they ended up asking which Payment will they be receiving I told them Apple after that the owner ended up doing my nails, then proceeded to have an attitude then asked me what Payment I was doing I told her apple but then the owner(lady) told me quietly speakin under her breath telling me she doesn’t take apple only cash/zell or (debit card would be an extra $20) I told her I didn’t care about the payment I was already doing apple then after paying,
Ask for Danny! The facilities were clean and professional. I got them done for my sisters wedding, but keep in mind, I haven’t had nails in about 6 years. I was absolutely thrilled with them!!! He was super understanding and careful with my nails. The pricing is reasonable and the environment was very friendly. I found my new go-to place.
Loved the old owners, but after giving the new owners a try, def won't use them again. Prices changed from one week to next, treated poorly and clearly the one technician didn't want to do my nails even though I got the appt with her. I would sat try it out.... make your own opinion, but after almost 30 years of getting my nails done, I rather find someone who can be more artistic and creative, not to mention friendly.
Just got my toes done and it’s the third time I leave out this salon crying because they leave my toes either bleeding or jagged. Not worth your money or service.
You can tell they gave my daughter someone new. He made her nails look lumpy and thick. Her cuticles look dry and the polish is too thick. This is by far the worst job I've seen. He even did my pedicure before her and made me bleed. He didn't even cut my cuticles or put oil on them. The lady that did my acrylic fill did a really good job. Her name is Tiffany.
It was not the best place to get a pedicure. They are unsanitary, no bag on the tub of water. The foot tub was slippery with idk what. I had a cut and the lady purposely would touch it and make me flinch n scream repeatedly. It was obvious she was not well trained. I asked for the callous treatment and they didn't even scrub anything off.....really half ass job. Was not pleased at all. And the painting of my nails....ohhhh what a disappointment, and i know my feet aren't perfect....but come one my right pinky does have a full nail....idk why she made it look like some of it was cut off. Just a lil heads up.
I moved here about 6 months ago and have been to many nails salon from SoCal to NorCal -I must say, this nail salon is exceptional. They have outstanding service and I have ALWAYS walked out as a happy customer. I have always felt welcomed here and I highly recommend Diane and her staff!
