I had the worst experience ever !! The nail tech was very dismissive & rude. I asked for square blue nails no designs. He kept insisting that I should & I said no. He made my nails extremely short & I asked him to please slow down because he was doing my nails so fast I can tell he was just trying to get my out of the chair super fast & I hate it my experience. I asked the girl in the front to please tell him to stop making my nails so short & she was also dismissive. Please do better this is bad I hate my nails theyre so bulky & crooked.
These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all… he just simply polished them, He didn’t even ask me to go wash my hands… the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . And that’s strange how can you tell me what your tech did and I’m the one MONITORING MY NAIL SERVICE. This place is Awful their was also a customer who walked out while getting
Her feet done because the technician didn’t give great judgement or consultation on the polish choice that was clearly not meant for the lady toes it showed flaws and it was extremely too light for her skin shade, they wanted $70 to make the customer completely satisfied. So she got up and walked out WITHOUT PAYING… My total service was $97 I don’t have ANY problems with paying for service but if there is a issue I will simply file a dispute with my bank and that’s my choice as a consumer. I paid for my service in full….and a employee followed me to my car and took a picture of my tag. That’s harassment and that’s inappropriate I do not appreciate the embarrassment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE… GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
I just had a pedicure done 10 minutes ago, terrible service the lady mess up the shape of my nails and did a terrible job applying the color.
She did not ask me if I wanted to cut down my nails and when applying color it was all over the place and in some places did not applied color.
The worst salon ever. Very dirty, disgusting. I ve got some infection on my nails here.
I'm leaving unhappy, Stevie wonder could have given me a better eyebrow wax. And, to top it off she was rude and didn't want to fix it.
Then, they charge you to take off your polish but how can you do my pedi. I didn't get good service today. It's not the first time but it's my last time going there. Find somewhere that gives you your bang for the expense. It's not there!
These people r so rude. Especially the men. No good customer service at all. Kim is the best in there she is so sweet. Overall besides kim a horrible horrible place. Run DONT GO THERE. And they prices change constantly
Never been so uncomfortable in my life . Very strange altars set up in the Nail Salon with smoke ,money and fruits like a séance . Never going back
I recently visited G’s nails. This was one of the worst experience ever. The lady that did my nail had no clue on what she was doing. She was combative after I mentioned to her that my nail was not even. No one tried to accommodate me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This place provide terrible service.
