I have been using Fresh Nails for over ten years and have always had a wonderful experience. They are very clean, professional, and assure you are satisfied before leaving. Linda has the most up to date services, polishes, and products. The best part is they are all nice and I always feel welcome. ???? I highly recommend Fresh Nails!

I went here to get plain acrylic gel nails, i ended up paying $50 for air bubbles, uneven paint, and poorly filed nails. I asked the woman if she could refile my nails before the polish and she didn’t. honestly am still crying over how ugly my nails look and i leave for vacation tomorrow

I debated on whether or not to actually post this, but I've never had someone do my nails so badly. The first time I went I was rushed to find a color when there was absolutely no one else there in the middle of the day. I went back because my mom highly recommended this place. I had a lady in the back do my nails the next couple of times, and she was absolutely wonderful. My last experience is why I will never go back again. I usually do matte nails, but had changed my mind to do something different. I don't know if they use a gel polish for that or what, but I have always gotten acrylics. I have never asked for gel nails. The male nail tech first of all was very rude about why I didn't want gel nails anymore because they last longer. I explained THREE times that I didn't have gel nails, that I just had a matte finish on them. I don't want to believe he was trying to be intentionally rude, but I don't think he was really thinking of how he was coming off either. Instead of removing the polish with polish remover like the lady did, he grinds off the top half of my nails. He then removes a nail I needed fixed with another nail tip. That is a big no-no. Within a week, three of my nails cracked in half because of him grinding down my nails. I was off the next three days after I had them done and wasn't doing anything to cause my nails to literally shatter and crack in half. I have been to cheap rinky dink shops that have done better work than I had on my last visit. I will never come back here.

I asked for french nail and gor painted nails that didn't match my toes. I have humps all in my nails. They get in to big a hurry so they can move on. Went back and showed them ,and they wanted to recharge me to fix their mess. They've lost my business. You try to go out and pamper yourself and spend a few dollars and end up with a mess. Inexcusable when they want even fix the problem.

I rarely go get my nails done so when I do its a treat for me. Today I went to Fresh Nails and while the girl that did my nails was nice I wont be back. I asked for a French manicure with regular polish. The owner looked at me like I had grew 2 heads when I said that. She then told me to pick a color and when I repeated what I wanted (white on the tips and natural for the rest of the nail) she threw her hands up and told me to sit in the chair at another girls station who ended up doing my nails. I'm not sure if this girl didn't know what she was doing or what. She did my manicure very well but when she painted my nails she applied to much polish to fast so it bubbled and didn't dry. When she would check to see if they had dried she would press her fingers into my nails leaving smudge marks. She fixed 1 of the nails but after i got home I noticed every one of them is bubbly looking and part of my tips are smeared. ????

I have been several times and never had an issue but went today to get gel polish and my nails look terrible. I even had the lady correct one of the nails because I could see a large piece of debri in it but the others are painted up on my cuticles and not neat/clean looking at all. I’m only giving 2 stars bc I have had good service in the past.

Went in 2 days ago for a pedicure. My nails look good, HOWEVER, I now have a sore and infected toe from the lady cutting too deep around my big toe! Along with this, they really do rush you through whatever you're having done, no matter if you go when the shop is empty inside.. Maybe if they took a little more time, chances of something like this happening wouldn't. Now I will probably have to ruin my polish to treat the infection in my toe. First and last time I will ever go here. What a waste of $50. Thanks! ????
