We just moved to the Cape from Boston, and this is my new favorite nail salon - even better than Boston. The spa pedicures are very luxurious and the dip manicure with nail art is amazing. I love my nails, and they last for 3-4 weeks!
Stay away from this place! I come to the Cape every summer, my family has lived here for years and I love getting my nails done when I come. I called in to book an appointment and the man on the phone was incredibly rude while booking my appointment. I showed up early and picked my nail colors per usual. The woman who did my nails barely took the time to file them and the massage lasted for about 30 seconds. I’m not too picky when it comes to getting my nails done but when I got the register and found out my pedicure was 52 dollars, I was shocked. The way she rushed through my pedicure I figured it was a quick in and out, cheap and easy style nail salon but I was wrong. They are so incredibly over priced compared to the quality of service they are putting out. Please please please spend your money somewhere else. I will never go back to this place and I doubt they will stay in business given the way they treat people. Word gets around on the Cape and there are too many wonderful nail shops in the area for people to put up with business like this place. Spend your money elsewhere.
PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE, YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!!! I am a licensed nail tech and I have been in customer service for 25 years. Fresh Nails was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had, not only from a customer service stand point but also as an industry professional. I scheduled an appointment for myself, my niece and my daughter to have a nice relaxing day together. They were rude while we were booking the appointment over the phone but we went anyway because they said they could get us in. They did a horrible job on my pedicure, barely filed my nails and rushed through the entire service. Then they told me that they didn’t have time to do my nieces manicure because they were understaffed and the girl who was supposed to do her nails had to leave to go pick up her child. They tried to make me feel bad for booking appointments for all three of us because they didn’t have enough staff (like I was supposed to know this; why did they say they could take us if they couldn’t???)…I wanted a nice girls day out together but they made me feel like I had burdened them by coming into their nail salon.
After cutting our appointment early due to a lack of time and staff…they still charged me 182 dollars!! It was the most expensive appointment I’ve ever had and they did a subpar job in addition to be rude from beginning to end.
I don’t know how they stay in business with their prices, their attitude and their low quality services. If you’re going to spend this kind of money, go somewhere that’s reputable and professional. They ruined what should have been a sweet girls day with my family. I’ll never ever go to this place ever again and I hope no one else wastes their money at Fresh Nails.
I have gone here several times and the owner is a very rude man but the interactions with the women were fine and it was the closest salon to me. I have referred many others to the nail salon. However, it seems that every time I go, the owner just gets more rude. I have many family members on the cape for a big family event coming up. Today, my daughter-in-law and two of my granddaughters went there. One of them gets her nails done regularly in Boston. She had requested a dip powder manicure and they couldn’t understand what she wanted. When they did, the owner said that it had taken too long for her to explain and told her she couldn’t have what she wanted. He was absolutely rude to all of them including my 7 year old granddaughter. This cost them close to $200. I certainly will never go there again and I will let everyone whom I have referred to this salon know just how bad this experience was. I can’t remember ever writing a review like this. It is customary for us to stop at customer service to let them know what delightful experiences we have had with staff, they deserve that just as this man deserves this review
First off, my girlfriend went in for nail art and they said they couldn't do anything she asked. I'm not a nail artist but the designs don't look hard. Second, the man at the front desk showed absolutely no interest in helping us even if she wanted something simple. He just kept saying no they can't do that, didn't ask anyone just decided they can't. I wouldn't recommend going here, but the choice is yours. And third, they fake they're customer reviews on they're website, at least they faked the one pictured. My girlfriend knows the girl in the picture, her name isn't Rachel, and she never wrote that review.
Professional and clean. The ladies are all well trained and super nice. I get a dip powder and pedicure and I bring my husband for a pedicure foot spa. He say's it is the best foot massage he has ever had. I highly recommend this place. Cheryl & Mike
Worst nail salon on the cape. The services are way overpriced, the work is subpar at best, and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The man at the front is nasty to the customers, and the lady who manages the place tried to berate my 7 year-old daughter for asking a question. There are many other reviews like mine on this site, and apparently, a number of the good reviews are faked. Don’t waste your time at this place.
The man at the front is very unprofessional and down right mean. He has no regard for the business or the customers. He was mean to both me and my friend who simply wanted our nails done. He would t even let my friend get a pedicure. He even refused to do acrylic, saying I don’t have an appointment. This is honestly the most I’ve felt disrespected at a nail establishment. NEVER GOING BACK. Heed my warning everyone!!
