My favorite place to go! Raz does an awesome job on my dip. Sometimes she can even get me out of my comfort zone to try new colors. Love my recent ombre with CinnaPink!
Today was my first time at Foxxy Nail Spa. I went in undecided what to exactly get and ended up asking for a full set, no chip. Right when she started working on my nails (I believe her name is Kim) I told her I did not want my nails thick and long. Throughout the process, my nails seemed okay, however, when she was done I saw they were very thick for my taste. No base coat was used either. The length is okay, but the tips are too wide and thick; I have thin, long fingers and I personally think the end result looks unattractive. It was overly priced as well. My friend who got a regular manicure was also disappointed. Her nail polish came off, such poor quality!!! See pictures. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Foxxy Nail Spa and do not recommend.

Would give zero stars if possible. Made an appointment. Rushed to get there in half an hour. Got there ON TIME and they wouldn't see me because they were running behind and we're blaming each other for booking me. Wouldn't accommodate me, did not apologize and tried to make it my fault.
Have used this place multiple time in the past, but recently my sister booked an appt for her and I for our moms wedding (who also is a very frequent customer) and we just received a call from them saying how they don’t even know how we got out in the books; however, we were offered multiple time slots… it’s obvious they overbooked and are pushing out the “least important” customers… will never be using them again, especially after such a late notice considering theses are freaking WEDDING NAILS!!! Never again. Honestly not even disappointed because they’re work isn’t even that great… Holy Spirit might have been trying to save us…
I went there not realizing there was a new owner. The salon was very dirty and I had to request that my tub be refilled twice for my pedicure cuz it was constantly full of hair. I felt grossed out the whole time I sat there and they did not scrape the calluses off my heels nearly as much as they should have and the coat of Polish they put on was about five or six layers deep and I had my pedicure at 5 p.m. went to bed at 10 p.m. and when I woke up the next morning they were all smudged. The place was just gross.
I love the whole Foxxy Nails crew especially Edith, Dorie, and Kim! They are always so helpful, friendly, and the service is great. I get what I want and more every time. I go every two weeks faithfully. It’s worth every dollar!
