This was my first time coming here. My cousin had a great hair cut with Eric previously and recommended this place to me. I showed Eric the picture of the style I wanted, and he insisted some changes (cut shorter and add hair band) based on the style I wanted. I let him did what he thought suitable for me, and my hair turned out better than the picture. Eric is very professional and highly skilled in designing and hair cutting. In my experience, trusting his advices was a great decision. I will definitely come back again.

I asked about what dye/products he used in my hair since my new hair stylist requires a 5 year dye history in order to properly strip my hair (it’s red) and some color numbers that my new stylist wants to know since some brands are harder than others to remove, and they refused to tell me what they put in my hair because it’s from Japan they said. They also went up in the price every single time I got my hair done by them. (4 times)

I want to perm my hair. I said I want a very curly hair. Small curly hair. And after 1hour. My hair looks like nothing happened on it. 1 hour 120 dollars plus tips. Such wast of my money and time.

Bad hair salon, do not recommend going here. The Owner, Eric, had a bad temper. When you ask for something, like a perm and ask him to do a specific haircut he sighs and acts like he doesn’t want to do it. He also gets into lots of arguments and likes to raise his temper. If you ask for something in this hair salon, know that the owner will not do it. Also, he cuts hair very quick, less then 2 minutes and bam you’re done. He doesn’t take his time and very uneven.

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored here for years. They are really nice people and do a great job especially for Asian hair. Sometimes it’s hard to come by for salons.

I definitely recommend this salon out of all the other ones in Dallas!! I have been to other Korean hair salons for hair dyes and cuts, but this salon was the most affordable and honest with pricing with the best quality. I have gotten 3-4 hair cuts from Eric so far, and his designing somehow makes my hair maintain the style as they grow out. Usually as the hair grows, it loses the first style, but I get even more satisfied as the time passes.

Friendly staff. My wife is Japanese and is very picky about locations, but she loves this place. The people are friendly and the price is great. I recommend getting an appointment, but walk-in works too.

I got the Japanese hair straightening done here about a year ago for $300 which is considerably way cheaper than other places based on hair and honestly loved it. It didn't damage my hair and left it pin straight. My hairstylist was really nice as well. Communication is a bit slower due to small language barrier but their English is still understandable. I will be going back this week to get treatment done again :)

Edit: Adding to my review from last year, third time coming and getting the treatment done. Have to give extra props to Jack. He is super sweet and funny. Love Jack ????
