Felt Unwelcomed. My 3 year old decided to be a child and she just put her hands on the samplers in the waiting room and male owner shouts over if we break we pay for it. Extremely innapropriate and unnecessary. Don’t put something delicate in the waiting room if you dont wan’t people touching it. Won’t be coming back. These places really have to learn a thing or two about customer relations. He was gawking at my kid for a while until I asked if everything was okay. Bad Reflection!
Overall, the service was good. Making an appointment on the phone was super easy and they had pretty good customer service over the phone. When we got there the guy up front seemed a little rude. Maybe it was an off day for him I don't know.
The girl who did my nails was new, but she did a really good job.
Unfortunately you can still see where my actual nail transitions from pink to white. Granted I did choose a white polish but I'm just not too thrilled about that (4 coats). Otherwise, everything else was good.
Update 2 years later: went back for a gel manicure ($30) and love it. Would go more often if it wasn’t so pricey.
They had so much patience with my 4 year olds manicure and pedicure and my new set it was beautifully decorated and a peaceful environment
The husband and wife make a wonderful team! The space is beautiful and welcoming spirit. They did a fantastic job and i would highly recommend them!
This is what I got nothing like pictures charged 61 for a fill by the way and they charged my daughter less then me for a full set 2 colors and a design. Don't ho there not good never again I am going to go pay someone else to do my nails this is not ok
Everyone seemed nice that worked there. But I was asked to pay before they did my nails. Which made me extremely uncomfortable and I've never had to do that before with any other salon. Also seemed like i was only one asked to do that... The lady that was doing my nails seemed confused on what she was doing. Another lady told her things to fix while doing my nails. I got a manicure. I asked for a design and she didn't want to do it and said didnt know how. She kept messing up putting the nail polish on and redoing it. Manicure wasn't the best. Lasted a day. Won't come back here again.
I have been to this salon several times and they have almost always done a really good job. This last time I went in I had an appt at 2:00 on a Saturday. They were extremely busy and clearly overbooked themselves, so I wanted until approx 2:30 before my nails got started. I should mention that this specific manicure was being done for my engagement photo shoot pictures so I expected the same quality that I had previously had. Well, that’s not what I got. The manicure seemed fine initially. But literally the next day, less than 24 hours and 2 nails chipped. There were also uneven ridges in the polish that I did not notice until after i left the salon. Since then, more nails have chipped and several are also peeling. They look horrible and I’m extremely unhappy about it. I do not think I will return to this salon, at least definitely not anytime close to their closing time.
