I got my nails done on Saturday by two different technicians (the tall man did my pedicure and Kim did my nexgen). While getting my pedicure, the gentleman nicked two of my toes on the same foot which took awhile to stop bleeding. I gave no trouble and stayed calm. Kim rushed my hands and did not do it properly. By Sunday I was back to fix one of my nail that was chipped, the only thing I did that weekend was load the washer, and fold my laundry. By Monday that same nail was chipped again and by Tuesday I had four nails chipped. I called and expressed what happened, came back Wednesday to get them taken off, because obviously it was not done right. They refuse to take it off and do it right and wouldn't refund my money. The gentleman at the front claimed it's my fault because of the kind of job I may have. I am a teacher and haven't been to work since Friday. Attached are some pictures. I will never come back to this place and advise others to do the same
100% do not recommend this place. I went to moon nails for my last set, it was $98 for long tip, French, glitter, & a rhinestone on each nail very good price which is the black nails in the first pic … the nails they did here are the blue ones, they look horrible, the shape is no where near what my first set was & I asked for a blue French tip, he did the first to see if I liked it, I asked if he could make the French tip longer & he moved the price from $65 to $100 … oh yeah, lady next to the guy doing my nails is racist, when she saw my last set she asked if a Hispanic or black lady did them because they were ugly & that Hispanics & blacks do an ugly job. I paid $65 for a refill, single color… moon nails does 100% better job, save your money & go to moon nails…
I am highly disappointed and will find somewhere else to get my pedicure, I came to this business Fancy Nails 2 times and the service was great but I came today, literally just got done. The WORST treatment and customer service, all they care about is getting paid because it was the most horrible experience, first they barely understand English which is frustrating, they gave me some lady, she’s gotta be new because, this lady ran my feet in freezing cold water, they only soaked my feet in plain water, the lady started pushing my cuticles back and it felt like all she was getting is my skin, I told them 5 times May I get someone else and they acted as if they don’t understand, they finally gave another lady. She did ok but you can tell it’s rushed, barely scrub my feet, barely massage my leg then she throws on the polish and signaled that she’s done, she didn’t lotion my feet and no cuticle oil, filling my nail however they want because I requested a square shape, no hot towel no hot stone nothing, on top of all that they charged me full price for this so called pedicure, the worst, the man who took my payment was incredibly the worst I ever experienced in customer service, if they didn’t have the time, they should of said that instead of doing a 1/4 of the job, I am highly disappointed, I left Palm Beach Gardens for this trash ,just to give them my business and it was nothing but straight TRASH ????️ 1 star because they don’t have less, after that service 0 stars.
Went in with my mom for mani pedis, they were clearly trying to work on as many clients as possible because they rushed through even hurting me when doing my cuticles on the pedicure. I asked her to stop and she kept removing them anyway. Lastly, my nails were not filed correctly, they were oddly shaped and it was a very sloppy job. Also I don’t believe they sanitize their tools. Will not go back.
Kim and Andy the owners are like family they are fantastic, place is clean , they pay attention to details and most importantly always consistent with service! I’ve been going there for 13yrs and love these guys! Everyone is terrific I recommend Fancy Nails for guys and girls❤️❤️❤️
Extremely lovely people. Kim was super sweet and warm welcoming. Andy and man worked on me and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Will be coming here more often because of how kind everyone treating myself and my sisters and also my mother. Thank you !!!!!
I specifically asked before i came in a lyft and i asked for the shortest nails because theyre displaying fullsets starting at 35 dollars and I made it clear so many times that i wanted them alot shorter, she kept getting upset. I made it clear i was on a budget so i need the shortest nails cause I had no nails when i even walked in she said depending it can be more but I made sure to even have her cut them Down even more because like i said I wanted the shortest square nails at the cheapest price she kept saying no worries i charge u nothing for the gel top coat or anything and they charged me $46.35 to exact because i used my card. when i have been coming here since i was 13 years old and am now 35 years of age, this is my first time ever writing a review for the price she charged me I should've just gotten them so long. Its just sad and disappointing that after being Kims client for so many years you would think she wpuld have gave me the 35 price just to make sure her long time client was happy but she didnt even want to try and do that, they just brushed me off and told me to pay and i tried talking to her and she just shushed me away like i was bothering her, very disappointing I dont think ill ever come back.
Customer service is at an all time LOW! This place is unsanitary as well! While using the restroom I saw 2 live roaches crying up the wall… I had to ask them to open up a new mail file because they tried to use the same one they used on my neighbor on me. I did not even stay to finish the pedicure I got ip and walked out! Horrible place don’t waste your time !
