I rarely get my nails done, so keep that in mind when reading. Before he put any acrylic on, I told him my nails are naturally crooked and I want them straight. He cut my pinky cutical with the drill and it started bleeding. He apologized right away and sanitized it. I still feel like my ring finger is crooked, even after I spoke up about it, as soon as he started filing/ shaping. So it wasn't like I criticized the work that was done, I spoke up before he started. The salon was messy, which he brought up, and said it was because of the Halloween rush. They charged me $25 for this full set with regular polish, and I tipped only $1 because of my cut pinky. On the phone when I called ahead, they said they charge $20 for short, $25 for medium, and $30 for long length. I personally feel like these are short, but that's all open to interpretation, which I personally feel is a way they can upcharge based on an opinion. Their price list, in the salon says a full set is $20. All in all, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place, but I'm probably coming back. It's worth noting that their customer service is good and I think they're painted well.

These people are wonderful. All of them. The shop is clean. The prices are reasonable. They do a great job with gel/acrylic, and shellac.

The only thing I wish is that more employees knew how to do nail art. I would pay for it and get it more often, but there isn't always someone available to do it.*

Update: I ended up getting some nail art done and VERY satisfied!

Best salon in the area!!!! The staff are simply kind amazing humans and I'm always happy with my pedicure and eyebrows when I leave.

I wanted my daughter a overlay no nail tip I walk over he still put it on there talking about last longer ???? n the fact that was besides the point he still did it I normally don't go to him because he never listen but she have an hair appointment don't get me wrong it's a great shop it's just this one man don't listen the man I do go to was busy ????

This was my very first time going to this nail salon. I love my nails and the salon was clean. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the customers in there were extremely ghetto. There were women being playful with the nail tech while I was getting my nails polished. The customer even went as far as grabbing the nail tech neck. I was a little annoyed by that. Then there was this lady talking extremely loud on her phone with the conversation on speaker. They had an okay selection of the shellac pallet of colors. I got there at 10:30am I walked out the door at 1:07pm. Overall I’m satisfied with my nails, I just hate the area.

They are very good in getting you out of the shop without to much of a delay.

My experience here was horrible!!! I got a pedicure and I didn’t want my old overlay so they told me they could just file it down. I was ok with that but I’ve had an overlay removed before perfectly fine, ok whatever. It was the —* doing my eyebrows for me I asked for a certain arch and she did what she wanted to do saying she only does 1 arch which was shaping your natural arch. I wanted a point at the bottom of my eyebrows. Simple, she did not even attempt to deliver. And she was very rude
