The lady there cut a chunk right out of the front of my hair and completely messed up my hair line. Idk how i can even get this fixed without having to shave it. I've been growing my hair out for six years and already had an undercut. All I needed was the short part shaved again. Such a simple thing I usually have my friend do it and he's not even a barber. This was pure carelessness.
I went in to get my nails filled, I sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting. Finally the lady got there apparently she was running late for work, then asked me what I wanted. I told her a fill and to round out my nails. She said no problem. Then she started playing with her phone and then one of her regulars came in. So she stopped working on my nails while she started working on hers. Then realized I was still sitting there. Then halfway finished my nails. Didn't even get polish on the hole nail. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. They apparently don't want new clients.

Ok. Nails popped off in a week but love my haircut.

I needed a quick pedicure for two people and called 15 minutes before salon closing. They not only allowed me and my friend to come in but also did an amazing job!!!! Highly recommend
I know that I am a white guy who looks a little scary, but the why the lady acted when I asked for help was horrible and hurtful.
Went on Thursday July 19th to have my 14 year old get a set of nails for her Birthday.
I ask the young lady if she did her cuticles and she said she did but after looking closer when we got home they had not been trimmed or pushed back.
We went in today and ask them to fix them for her and I was told she needed a fill after only 6 days.
When I told the lady she was just in here last week she justified it by saying some kids nails grow faster than others.
We were then asked to sit and wait because she had another appointment coming.
While we waited they complained and talked about my grand daughter making excuses for why they had not done it correctly the first time.
Needless to say after the wait they would not trim her cuticles and just polished over them and said they were fixed. We left very disappointed.
Had they tried to correct it for us I would of been more forgiving...but the unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to fix the problem made me decide to write a review.
We will never go back again and will let our family and friends know about out experience with Family Hair and Nail.
