Don’t get ripped off like I did!! I went in for a soak off and shellac with a pink and white French tip polish. I walked out with no soak off and a gel manicure I was told was shellac. I know it’s not. I told this man I wanted to soak off my acrylics. He pulled them off even after I told him one of my nails was broken and he was going to hurt me. I should have left then. He spent the whole time glancing at his phone so often that when he was using the buffing block he was actually buffing my knuckle on my thumb and not my nail. When I complained that I didn’t get shellac and you could tell that I didn’t get any shellac because my nails were still bending. I was told that my nails would still bend even after shellac because they were so thin from a soak off I didn’t get. If my nails had shellac on them to be able to remove this paint job with a q tip using acetone. This is my first time having services done here. I promise it will be my last. At least the paint job isn’t horrible minus the paint he left on my fingers and the inconsistent thickness of my French tips.

I love this nail salon. They always do a great job and I leave feeling so fresh & happy!

This establishment is rude and racist. I came in to get my nails done was set down in a chair, yet the nail tech asked me to get up for another culture to go before me, maybe they thought they had more money. I had several racist encounters at this nail shop and I will never return. Also my nails always seem to chip off after a day or two even with they shellac. I wish nothing good for these money hungry rude people. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

i went with my stepdaughter to get our nails done. i got dip and she got a fill-in with shellac. i sat down with a gentlemen to take the dip off and he kept asking if i had shellac on my nail i told him no it was dip he then wanted to argue with me and insist that i had shellac on my nails i told him i’ll just wait for the lady doing my stepdaughters to do mine. he rolled his eyes at me! after we were done she told me it would $93 i told her that we were paying separate. i was washing my hands and she charged my stepdaughters card twice for both our nails after explaining to her that we were paying separately i had to send my stepdaughter money for my nails

because that lady said she can’t do a refund. after three days my dip started to chip on four fingers. for paying $52 it shouldn’t be chipping after three days.

I love it here. I only go to Alex to get my nails done. I take him a picture and he does exactly what i want and it always looks great. And hannah does a great job on my eye brows, she the only one i trust with them.

I drive about 30 minutes to just go here!!!! You guys are the best❤

I absolutely love this place they do great work, very friendly, pricing wise and quality of service great. The pictures I posted my nails were a week old and still doing really good, the color isn't polish its colored powder and they are the gel not acrylic.

Worst place I’ve ever been to and I’ve been getting my nails done for 6+ years now. I spent an hour and a half in this place for something that could’ve been done in 45 mins due to the nail tech literally not knowing what tf he was doing. My nails look gross and sloppy. Theirs dust trapped in them that he claimed he couldn’t see because he had bad eyes. I picked a color and then 30 minutes later they tell me they no longer have that color, and tell me to pick something else. No color matched the one I saw. Never again. I’m sorry to anyone who wastes their time or money here.

Went here to get a basic manicure in ombré. I was first told to pick a color. Then once I chose my colors I was told that it was going to be ugly in black and blue as an ombré. This tells me you don’t know how to do nails to say this. I was then told that ombré could not be done low cut natural nails. Ok, so how much is it to get one color, even nails in Shellac. I was told $50. Ok I say, but just cut my nails even. Nail tech proceeds to cut my nails in a square and says they will be dipped. Unacceptable. Everything was unacceptable I’m the customer and you can’t listen or even follow my directions for my nails! This is the second time I’ve been here and have had horrible service. I would recommend not going here at all or at least staying away from the male nail tech. The guy charged me $10 just for taking off acrylic - which I know was just his way of trying to make that extra money because no one was going to him. @&#%#! Avoid at all cost! Get your nails done anywhere else!
