Decent prices - I did gel manicure with accent nails on each hand and a regular pedicure for $50 in total. I had a younger guy, he was good at everything but got a little uneven on a fee nails so I would say just check between coats.
They seemed pretty clean, sterile equipment, but dusty tables. Great color selection and they coordinate the gel colors with the regular polish so you can get both and match. They gave us a small gift for Christmas Eve which was so thoughtful!
Best spa ever. Clean. Not crowded. All of the techs but 1 did an excellent job on my nails. The elderly gentleman did not do so well. Several cuticles bled, and the nail color was on my skin in spots. But all the other techs are A+.
I went last week for the first time since the Covid pandemic to get a Gel Full Set with Matte Polish. I was happy to see that the remodeled the salon however the original person(s) who did my nails was not there anymore which it seems that they have all new people. So the young lady directed me to a guy who she says can do it. From the Beginning I was informed by the young woman and nail tech that the full set would be $55.00. Because I was constantly making gestures regarding my cuticles and the cutting of my nail shape (coffin) it became clear that he is in the early stages of doing nails. I went to pay my bill came to $75.26. When I asked why she did not mention a service charge fee prior to my nails being performed she grabbed a sign on the corner of the front desk and showed it to me. Which I replied " Who can see that in that corner?" and she did not reply. So be aware that they are charging a service fee when using your card which is a PERCENTAGE OF YOUR FINAL PRICE. So the higher the bill, the more the service charge will be. My ending cost breakdown was $55.00 for Gel Full Set+ $10.00 for Matte + $5.20 Tax and then $5.06 Card Service Fee. The young guy tried his best but It's been a few days and I have bubbles and ridges in my nails. Being a consistent customer before the pandemic to see what they offer in service and quality now is just unfortunate. I will not be returning nor will my sisters and co- workers.

Been to tranquility they butchered my nails so was nervous going here bc of my bad experience elsewhere! But they did an amazing job I’m in love with my nails! Finally found a good place for my nails

I went into the salon today for a basic pedicure and was entirely disappointed. The entire process was rushed and lasted a total of 12 minutes from start to finish. I feel necessary steps were skipped such as, the hot towel, any type of massage, and the scraping of the bottom of the feet. The nail polish was dried out and was not applied smoothly/evenly, nor did it cover the entire nail. The man who did my feet wasn’t friendly and didn’t speak to me throughout the process at all, not even to give instruction on feet placement. As soon as I sat to let my toes dry he came over rubbing his fingers together asking for payment. It is not well lit in the salon so I couldn’t even see just how badly my toes were painted until I got outside. Overall terrible experience between it being excessively rushed, unwelcoming atmosphere, and finished product being far below mediocre. Save your money and paint your toenails at home.
Worst pedicure I have ever had, I went because I’m 6 months pregnant and can no longer due my own nails. She didn’t do what you would normally due for a pedicure to start with, then when I was all done and left I saw that she missed spots on my toes, I had polish all of my skin and it’s a week later and it’s all already chipped. For 30$ I would have expected a lot better experience, the women was very nice but I will not be going back ever.
I have been going to this nail salon for well over two years. Unfortunately, since the owner has been absent for many months their customer service has fallen short. I am typically connected with Michael when I call who just happens to be my nail tech and I make appointments with him well in advance and whenever I get there I'm told I have to wait 20 to 40 minutes beyond my appointment time because he just started another customer 5 minutes prior to the start of my time slot. I stopped going to this nail place because of that and then decided to give them another chance. That was a huge mistake that I won't make again. If you don't value your customers you're not worth my money or the 40% tip I leave everything I go. Nail salons are a dime a dozen ✌
