We waited for almost an hour for the lady on the right side, second chair for my son to get a haircut. He was sitting in the chair she was about to start cutting her hair. A young lady goes in with her mom, and instead of cutting my sons hair first, and then cutting the daughters hair from the lady, she moves my son to a different Hair Stylist and start cutting the girls hair.

Siempre me gustaba este salón pero desafortunadamente mi esposa Tuvo una mala experiencia con ellas por no poner atención a lo que están haciendo con los pelos de las personas y casi le queman la mayoría de su pelo y eso está muy mal y lo malo es que ni le comunicaron lo que había pasado simplemente trataron de esconderlo para que ella no se diera cuenta Y eso se me hizo muy y responsable y aún todavía le cobraron lo que ellas cobran como si no hubiera pasado nada hasta que se dio cuenta mi señora y le reclamó tengan cuidado Yo no digo que sean malas simplemente que ponga más atención en lo Qué están haciendo porque por estar platicando descuidan a las personas que les ponen tintes Y eso es muy peligroso
In all honesty there is better places to get a quick haircut tho I've come here regularly, the customer service has gone down somewhat. I'm always treated with rush service and monor attention to detail on the small trim of haircut I want. Great for families to take their children but overall it's ehh for me.
No sirve esta locacion es pesimo el servicio, uno les pide un corte y hacen otro corte que uno no les pide eso no sirve, la dueña de esta locacion tiene gente que no sabe cortar pelo hacen malos cortes, y quien sabe si tienen titulo para cortar pelo uno pagando para que hagan buen corte y hacen cortes que no se a pedido y aparte malos pesimos como que fueran nuevos no vulevo a ir a esta locacion no la remomiendo a nadie que vaya a pasar la verguenza de andar malos cortes por culpa de esta locacio y aparte pagando deverian cerar este lujar o por lo menos poner gente que sepa lo que esta haciendo
I got my hair dyed and one of the ladies burn my hair it was so crusty my skull got burned the lady who cut my hair knew that my hair was burned and she didn't tell me nothing she was trying to hide my hair when she was straining my hair The pieces that got burned????
I picked this Beauty salon because it is one block away from me the first time I went Monica cut my hair she was ok I guess but the second time I went I let Claudia cut my hair and I'm so happy with her great attitude and beautiful ways. So glad I went back
