Decided to go for a girls day out today. After having difficulty finding a place open on Sundays, who accepted walk ins, we happened upon this place. We loved it! Staff were friendly and left us feeling awesome. They did a beautiful job. Love my nails! Will be back again for our next girls day out! Highly recommend. PS: prices were better then expected too. ????

I love my nails, I’ve gone to a few places before but this is my forever!! I got exactly what I wanted and during the process had great conversation. Epic nails offers a great atmosphere and is so inviting. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get there nails done you’ll never be disappointed.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this salon but today I am very very disappointed… they didn’t have the clear pink I love… was told that it is popular.. if there is a certain color that is popular, please keep it in stock. Also I got a French manicure.. later that day (yesterday)my tips turned black in the corners. The first thing I thought was it was something i did but it wasn’t.. I relaxed and didn’t do much of anything…and also it is shellac. and also my toes also turned black on the tips… don’t understand it…I am not happy but this review needs to be posted for the staff to see…I paid over $100 and now I have to find somewhere else to go to fix it … I can’t go back here because in the last couple of months I have had to return the next business day to have my nails redone.. I don’t have that kind of time to waste….I went on Saturday the pictures are taken the same day.. I would only like for JJ and TY to do my nails but they are always booked up.. they rock! I have been frequenting this salon for over 7 years…. Well not again… My nails are a mess!!!

Please use clean clear polish when using clear….Now 4 days later the clear and white part of the so called French manicure has also turned gray which leads me to believe that when you are using the clear polish on patrons that have color… their nails r not dry and the color is coming off in the clear polish…

All other visits: Continued to be exceptional! Thank you guys for being so responsive to feedback & so wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. I have never been to such a considerate and receptive nail salon. For anyone looking for a place to get your nails done- GO to EPIC!!!!!!

First time at the salon: EXCEPTIONAL! They got me in right away when I called to make an appointment. I have been to so many nail salons over the years, and this is the first place the nail tech made my nails exactly like the picture I provided! I'm shy to speak up when something doesn't look the way I want, but the nail tech asked me questions the entire time and tried to make sure my nails looked exactly like the picture I provided. She took her time and was very careful through the entire process.

This was my first time at this salon, and I will most DEFINITELY be returning for all future appointments!!!!

This place gets worse every time I go. Today was my last visit. Rude people, pedicure by someone very inexperienced and it took 90 minutes for the pedicure alone. Had to have someone else finish it because it was horrible! Almost didn’t stay to get my nails done but I did. Tipped 20% and will not be back. I’ve been going there for years. Much better when Honey was there. The place is very dirty and outdated.

Our experience was I went there to get my toes done and my daughter's nails done for snow. They turned out perfect. My pedicure was not rushed it felt amazing and when the lady did my daughter's nails she took her time and actually did them appropriately and they were great and as far as prices go they were very manageable. I highly recommend this place

Paid $70 for a pink and white set. Within a week nails were lifting. One nail was filed to deep causing mis shape. Terrible experience. Will not return.

Great place, great pricing and they all have knowledge on how to do nail art. As nail technicians should.. I'm picky as hell when it comes to my nails. I want them to last, look good and satisfy me for the price paid of this luxury. Needless to say I was very satisfied and this will be my go to spot for now on! Anna was a great nail technician and I heard Thai is also amazing.
