My wife and I were loyal clients until we needed to reschedule an appointment. The owner accused us of constantly canceling appointments and told us to call the day before we wanted to come in and maybe she would schedule us. No thanks…we will never set foot in this place again. We have never experienced such arrogance and rudeness from a business owner. There are plenty of nail salons to choose from and I am sure they will welcome our business.
Yo! Trish hooked me all the way up. Granted I waited for a while but it was worth the wait. Best my nails have ever been and I've been getting my nails done for years!
Wouldn’t recommend for new customers. Recently been in search of a new nail shop. Scheduled appointment with envy. Something came up and had to move my appointment. Called envy asking if i could move my appointment to any other day of the upcoming week. They replied” nope sorry we dont have time”. Real great treatment of a potential customer. No worries though, they have plenty of BETTER competition in middletown i’d be happy to take my business elsewhere.
Always a job well done by Nina. I can always trust her to do something I love. I just tell her to "do a design" and she never fails to "nail it". LOL!
Today was my first time at this shop. To be honest my expectation was low because of previous salons I have been to this past 2 months. I must say that this place is fantastic and Trisha who did my nails did a great job. My husband and boys all say they (my nails) look great!! Already had 2 people so far ask where I got my nails done at--Told them Envy and gave them a card---I definitely will be back--
I just love this nail salon. They are kind, professional, reasonably priced, and everyone in there pays attention to detail. I get acrylic nails with a gel polish and they last longer than they would if anyone else did them. I will always choose Envy.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this salon at all costs. The shop is unclean and still uses metal files for feet. My nail tech was rude and was on the phone the entire appointment.
When I asked her not to use the drill on my natural nails and cuticles, she had an attitude. Mad because I don't want to sacrifice the health and integrity of my nail? Instead of taking the time to care for my nails she painted the gel over my cuticles. So of course they started to lift a day later.
I asked for Chrome. She said it was $10 more. I said fine. Why did she paint white gel with color? I am 37 years old! I asked her about the color as she was doing it and said she was creating the look. I asked her again when she was done and she finally said that she was saving my money. What?!
This place is deplorable and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs.
The owner was very nasty and rude. I went there at 6:30 for a pedicure and she said they could not take me because they’re busy…huh?? They close at 8!
