I never have a issue getting my nails done here. Always have a good experience. But I went and got my nails ONLY a week and 3 days ago (this was a few months back) and haven't done anything out of the ordinary that I usually do and 3 of my nails have chipped badly and coming completely off after only one week and 3 days. I'm not happy about it. They are completely lifting off. It shouldn't be that easy. And with the cost of these it is really upsetting. But for some reason it doesn't give me the option to post photos otherwise I would.
They replicate reference photos perfectly for me every time! There’s not much they can’t do :)

I've only been to Emily's twice, but both times I did receive excellent service. I do SNS and typically have a picture. The techs do a fabulous job of matching up the colors the best that they can. My daughter also gets her nails done and they treat her so well.
I went to Emily Nails in Danville and was highly disappointed. I asked for the $30 nails twice and at the end, the guy told me it would be $45...one of the girls that was with me had the exact same thing done and it was $30. I was not happy with the final product at all. Don't waste your time to go here.
The staff had cold like symptoms . The guy sneezed into a napkin and didn’t bother to sanitize his hands. I feel terrible leaving such a terrible review. They also had 2 sick children and they were in the building. I don’t know if it’s COVID. I got tested and tested negative but felt sick for a week after. But if I tested positive I would have been furious! They still should not have sick staff and children in the building. Like I said I do feel terrible leaving this review. But I highly recommend you have a great immune system before entering. Such a hard time for everyone right now. I really wish I could have said something nice.
