My tech Amy did an amazing job with my hands and feet. She took her time but yet quick. This was a very relaxing experience. Very reasonable price. The atmosphere was very relaxing. She was very courteous. My time spent was worth the money. I will return to see Amy I love my nails.

Came this once because I was in a hurry. I wouldn't recommend or return. No prices posted and they are high for no reason. I usually go to an upscale nail salon downtown with better quality and service or T's up the street. I got half the service I normally would get and the price was nearly the same for subpar work. They were nice though.

Way over priced for the work. I paid $156 for gel/pedicure and gel on my real fingernails with French tip. I think it was the owner who did my nails today.The lines are crooked. And I’m so upset. If the quality was nice It would have been worth it. I normally get them done in Bellevue and get SNS powder gel and my total has never been this much. Never again.

Today I took my sister who just came home from Florida to get her nails done . She loved them and of course so did I ! This is my go to salon since I moved here 4 months ago . The techs are amazing and take their tome with their clients and always makes sure you're satisfied before walking out the door . Oh , and lets not forget to mention the PRICES are AMAZING ! GO GET YOUR NAILS DONE TODAY YOU'RE MISSING OUT ! ( " Uno " nails were before my Pink " Barbie " nails ) ( My sisters Black nails )

Horrible job!!! These are my sisters nails. We went in the same day at the same time. They tried telling her they were $67 how?!?! Mine are shorter, have designs on them and rhinestones but mine was $50??? No one gave us a name and didn’t even speak to us. Horrible place to go!

She ended up with a bubble in her nail and it broke while she was taking a shower!!

If y’all want us to pay high prices then y’all need to have better polish and attitudes!

I enjoyed my 1st visit here. I was so relaxed sipping my chilled drink. Durin my mani/pedi with paraffin wax and massage that I dozed off at least twice???? I had a pleasant (not forced)chat with the most adorable,professional and courteous young lady who did great on my manicure. So, yes, I will be visiting again.???????????? ????????

I went to Elite Nails salon one WK ago to get my nails manicured/ pedicure. I was completely satisfied with my pedicure, however, when it came to my manicure, I completely expressed to the tech that I wanted Nails put on my fingers/ gel nail polish, and my request was not honored. I guess, even after I specifically expressed to the tech what I wanted, my request was ignored. I don't know how many times a customer has to specifically give in-depth details of what one is wanting. But, I was not completely satisfied at all. In fact, I just went there because, I was not in the general area of where I normally go, but I can tell you, I will not return to Elite Nails salon. I believe when a customer expresses specifically what Services one is wanting, and explanation should be only expressed to a tech one time, and one time only. Even though, I was kind, and did not make mention of my dissatisfaction with the service, I can tell you, you have to specifically Express to the technician, and it may be on a number of times that one has to tirelessly Express what type of services one is Desiring to have. But to make it clear, I was satisfied with my pedicure, it was just I was not satisfied with my manicure. Sometimes depending on what establishment, or business you go to, one they find that the technicians are very busy, but it still is no excuse to not honor what a customer is wanting to be done. After all, it is the customers who are paying for the each one's desired services, and in fact, we are paying these technicians their paychecks, and maybe we are paying the utility bills, as well. All I'm saying, I would suggest to anyone, whenever there is an establishment within a shopping mall, most likely, that establishment may be extremely busy, and one's experience maybe that one is kind of rushed to complete one's desired request. Sometimes small businesses within a shopping mall, like Rivergate mall, or some other shopping mall, the small businesses are crammed full. Also, it is better just to go to a nail salon, which is separated from a shopping center like Rivergate Mall. Now, I am not critical of elite nail salon at all. It is just a small business within a shopping mall, and many times when I have gone to nail salons of this specific setup, the salon has been overflowing with customers. The technicians are rushed to service everyone in a timely manner, and maybe depending on each person to person, one person may have a good experience, while on the other hand, the next person may be the one person whom has been rushed out the door. It is just better to go to a nail salon, or to any other type of store of this nature where maybe the location is in its own establishment by itself.. however, I can say, the technicians were nice, but at the time I was there, the establishment was very full of prospective customers waiting on their pedicure / manicures.

Easiest the best pedicure I have every had. I would recommend upgrading and getting the sugar scrub and hot towel warps. Extremely nice and fast.
