Staff was nice but nail shape was horrible and there’s literally gel polish all over my nails that will be driving me crazy until I can go to another salon and have them fixed. Wouldn’t recommend unless in an absolute pinch.
I’ve been going here for years. I always have a very good experience. The owners are super nice and I’ve always gotten a satisfactory manicure/gels or dip.
Clean, on time and very pleasant staff. Gentle and attentive. Would definitely recommend! Located inside the plaza, look for signs overhead.
It's your basic nail salon. The ladies were nice. Walked in on an early Monday afternoon and they weren't busy so they were able to accommodate us for pedicures right away.
It's in the mall "under" the Hilton.
My technician was a bit rough on my toes when she was was clipping them and pushing the cuticles back, but she overall did a good job.
I got the most expensive non-gel pedicure for $45.

The staff here is so nice. I’m in town for a wedding and needed a full set gel manicure and they were able to accommodate me right away. My manicure looks amazing! I would highly recommend.
P.S. to the reviews complaining about the prices, please keep in mind that everyone’s cost of supplies has increased tremendously. People that don’t own their own business don’t seem to understand this at all, leaving negative reviews on a small business page is only hurting them even more. If you’re going to complain about the price then don’t get the service.
DO NOT GO HERE! I am from Arkansas. Needed a Pedi so decided to get one while in Cincinnati on a work trip. This was open and right by where I was staying. Should have never gone. The lady cut the skin above my big toe because she was distracted and was filing my skin not just my nail. I made her aware as soon as it happened. It was bleeding so she poured some liquid on it. Whatever it was stung bad. She apologized several times so I let her finish. Now I am home and it is infected. I called to simply ask for a refund and the manager refuses to even ask the employee if it happened and says I am just trying to scam them. I’m sorry but who has time to scam nail salons. For real. I would NEVER recommend anyone going here.
I attempted to do a walk in on my lunch for a quick polish change on my toes and quickly walked out. A women who I was Informed was the Owner was very rude to patrons and unprofessional. I heard a patron complaining about her nail shape and and the Owner flat out was rude to her and refused to correct the issue. I typically go to Ambiance for my nail care and never have any complaints and am always treated with respect. I work hard for my money and refuse to spend where I will be treated poorly. After reading reviews this seems to be a pattern of behavior for this nail salon. I would NOT recommend.
