Quick Facts About Elite Nails

Elite Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the salon will be discussed separately.
Strengths: 1. Excellent customer service: Several reviewers mentioned that the staff, particularly Johnny and Tiffany, provided exceptional customer service. They were described as nice, patient, and accommodating. 2. Good overall experience: Despite some negative comments, a few reviewers expressed satisfaction with their overall experience at Elite Nails Place. They praised the salon for going above and beyond to accommodate their large group and for providing a fantastic job on their nails and feet. 3. Ability to handle walk-ins: Reviewers mentioned that Elite Nails Place was able to accommodate walk-in appointments, which is convenient for customers who are looking for immediate service. 4. Skillful nail technicians: One reviewer specifically mentioned that Mr. Johnny did an amazing job on their nails. This comment suggests that Elite Nails Place has skilled technicians who can deliver quality nail services.
Weaknesses: 1. High prices: Many reviewers commented on the high prices of the salon. One reviewer mentioned that they paid over $200 for two pedicures and one dip, which they felt was not worth the money. Another reviewer mentioned that the salon charged an extra $45 for gel polish, which they considered expensive compared to other places. 2. Inconsistent quality: While some reviewers were pleased with the quality of the nail work they received, others expressed disappointment. Comments about glued fingers, uneven length and shape, and an awful paint job suggest that the salon may have inconsistencies in the quality of their services. 3. Issues with durability: Several reviewers complained about the durability of the nail treatments. They mentioned that the manicures or dip powder nails only lasted a few days before chipping or lifting, which is an indication of poor product quality or application. 4. Lack of professionalism: A few reviewers mentioned instances where they felt the nail technicians rushed through the appointments or did not provide a relaxing and pleasant experience. This lack of professionalism is exemplified by the incident where one customer's nails were inexperiencedly painted by another customer.
In conclusion, Elite Nails Place has strengths in terms of excellent customer service, accommodating walk-ins, and some positive customer experiences. However, there are also weaknesses in the form of high prices, inconsistent quality, issues with durability, and a lack of professionalism in certain cases. It is important for potential customers to weigh these factors and consider their individual preferences and priorities when deciding whether to visit Elite Nails Place.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

After reading reviews I was skeptical. Didn't have many options nearby so we gave it a try. If you don't mind coming out wounded then you should be fine. I'm came out with wounds at my cuticles from the drill after dip. Quality of the nail work was not worth the money it cost. We had 2 pedi and 1 dip and it cost us over $200. After adding up what their price book I'm not sure how we came to that price. I was just ready to get out of there. Enter at your own risk.
Ahhhh, the absolute best nail shop I've ever been to! Johnny was so nice and Tiffany was so nice and great!!!! She took very good care of me and really did an amazing job!!! Just amazing service and she was very patient with me. I definitely enjoyed coming here and definitely will be back!!
Uummm yeah, don’t even know what to say. Asked for acrylic nails and these are the results- glue on most of my fingers that I’m still trying to peel off, uneven length/shape, and awful paint job. Lesson learned, won’t make the same mistake going there again.
Got a walk in appointment for my boyfriend and I to have manicure and pedicure. The lady who was working on my boyfriend was sweet and amazing but the lady who was working on me just didn't do a very good job. Upsold me on the gel and it was an extra $45... Most places it's only an extra $10 -$20 extra for gel. Anyways the gel polish was horrible, not smooth on my nails or anything and already started chipping away only 2 days later. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.
Horrible nail salon. Over priced with bad quality. First time coming they did dipped, they came off in three days, they said they I used hand sanitizer or some type of lotion. Made me pay for removal. I was not going to go back, I had a gift certificate so I went to get another dipped manicure. They charged me for a manicure $25 and $50 for the dipped powder. I had them for a week, I had to get them taken off due to them lifting. Johnny made me pay $30 to take the nails off that I paid $75 dollars the week before. HORRIBLE. If I were able to put no stars I would have.
Was impressed when I went into this salon to pick up a gift certificate for my MIL who doesn't usually treat herself to anything like mani/pedi's. We had appointments today and went together for just mani's. A gentleman took us back to his chair and I let her go first as I waited about 5 minutes for the young gal next to him. He worked on her for a few minutes, then sent her to go wash her hands but she had no idea where to go. My gal kindly pointed her to the back of the store. She came back and was quickly painted and was told to go dry her hands..still not knowing where to go, I was turned in my chair directing her to the black chairs with the table hand dryer (how would you know your first time??), as he ran up to grab another customer.
My MIL was painted and moved so quickly that she messed up a nail and another lady repainted it for her. I was still getting a pampering hand massage at that point. We were offered no wine, and my poor MIL was rushed through, her nails look like a child painted them, and didn't enjoy the experience at all. We actually did complain to the owner about it prior to redeeming $25 on her certificate, and was only offered an apology. She has $45 more on her gift certificate, but I know she won't be going back. So pretty much she had a $70 bad manicure! Not a relaxing or pleasant experience for sure.
They are amazing!! Truly went above and beyond for us today. My friend is in town for her birthday and they fit all 5 of us in at 5... Did not rush us even though they close at 6. Even better, told us not to worry about it and to get whatever we want. Stayed an extra hour for us. And to top it all off, are the nicest people who did a fantastic job on our feet and nails. I can't say enough good things about them!! If you need your feet or nails done, they are hands down, the best place to go!!!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!
Had the best experience. Mr Johnny did my nails & did an amazing job. Will definitely be back ☺️
