Elite 2 was packed so we decided to give this one a last try! Took my daughter. We got taken care of quickly and everyone was nice. Well.... lady asked if I wanted hot stones. I said no but pointed at the package I wanted. Apparently it was still under hot stones, so fine I do get it at times so I was fine.... my daughter was asked if she wanted shiny... which in her mind shiny is shiny like all colors so she says yes... it was another one of their sneaky up charge scenarios.... we leave and one of mine comes off... so we go back and they are talking about us and then want to have an attitude... this is why we usually go to the other one and not here... and will not be back. This is exactly why this one has no business anymore! It's crazy how much better it is at the second location!
Today was the first time I’ve ever been there. I walked in and they where busy but the manager Jimmy talked to me and made me feel very welcome. I wanted for about 5 mins and was sat down and started getting my nails done. I always hate when I sit in awkward silence as someone does my nails. But Jimmy was very nice and he held a conversation was me.
I 100% would recommend that you go here. 10/10
My daughter took me for my birthday gift. I was not disappointed. I had THE BEST mani-pedi ever! The pedi was outstanding. Fu did my pedi and Tim my mani. They take pride in their artfully executed work. The pedi was above and beyond! Thank you for a great experience!
My experiences here have been awesome. I’ve been to more expensive places and the quality of service and the staff were just awful, but Elite has top quality service and friendly staff and my nails haven’t chipped or fallen off ! Love Elite Nail Spa!
I love this place. I’ve been using Jenny for a few years now and she does a great job. I also take my grand daughters and they love it. I call and make an appointment so I don’t have to wait long since I always seem to be on a schedule. Everyone here is always super nice to me and my grand daughters. They are also helpful in making color choices.
I complained about a service and the lady owner just stared at me. No true customer service and be selective of getting your feet done their, several inexperienced nail techs.
I just got my nails did by the lady in booth 15 and her customer service is horrible my nails are two different shapes the manager tried explaining still no help that was my last visit
I am furious about this place today. I went a couple weeks ago and got bullied into doing gel on my pedicure. Then today I came with a friend and our daughters to get nails done. My friend had gotten same lady and she was just cruel! She told my friend she could afford pedicure she asked for and gave her cheaper options because she refused to do gel on her toes and her daughter's nails. Shortly after it was my daughter's turn to get her nails done and I was helping my daughter out with color as I always do and she rudely would tell my daughter what colors she's not allowed to use because it takes more polish to make it show!! How is that my problem?!?!? Then she argued with me about gel toes since I said no! Lastly she got frustrated with my daughter and hurt her during pedicure because my daughter asked for no hot towel! Worst service I have ever experienced I was sickened and now my daughter is scared to get nails done again!!!
