10/5 stars. I had no wait (although usually there is, but it is worth it), and he even let me get a glass of water beforehand. The man who helped me was very funny and kind, and did such a great job with my nails! I have been here 3 times, and every time I’ve gotten just what I wanted!! I’d highly suggest it!
Go some where else. Understaffed and ruined my nails. When in for a new set. Insisted on a refill. Horribly done. Dont come here. How do you eff up black nails.
My sister recommended this place, she has been coming here for years. I went to Lac, he did an awesome job! He took his time and made sure my nails looked great! He had no problem shaping them and never cut my cuticles! They look great and I am very happy. I will be going back. I will say it was a little disorganized and messy, they have a new addition to the shop and it could use some upgrades. But service was great!
I met the nicest nail tech ever, but wasn't happy with my nails. I got a full set and pedicure on a Wednesday, and by Monday they looked like I needed a fill. I left and spent 100 bucks, And instantly regreted it.
Really dissatisfied I’ve been here several times and have never had such a bad experience. The person who did my nails said they could do the design I wanted and when they “finished” I had not one drop of polish on my fingers the acrylic was bumpy and extremely thin. I told to just paint over the with a brown shade and he did a horrible job I had paint over my fingers and under the nail. Extremely dissatisfied.
I would leave zero stars if I could, but sadly I'll only could put one. They refused and denied service to my best pal and me. They made us wait over an hour, and after coming back, they marked us off the list.
Very nice nails. I have chosen to travel from espanola to get my nails done here. Prices are more reasonable and pleased with my results. My new go to place for nails. (Acrylic)
Lovely people! They do beautiful work????.. Had Pedicure and manicure, then gel nail polish with designs...love love love. .. I'll be back.... I'm back and still love this place. Only place I've found with out super long wait. It looks like they have a full staff here ????????????????????
