Have been here twice and couldn't understand how and why it went so bad second time. Shisha was not at all upto expectations. Very slow and bad which was something I never saw in England. Very Disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant sheesha, excellent customer service, really friendly staff, atmosphere fantastic as usual. Love coming here 4 days a week also love seeing akram with a smile on his face all the time.
Seats are a bit uncomfortable but…. Customer service and shisha is 6* really enjoyable with a decent vibe. Location is spot on
Sheesha was average or below average. They still use the old heads that have a small diameter causing the flavour to burn quicker. 30mins in I could taste it burning. Place has an okay ish vibe
