I love that the owner continues to educate herself in the industry.
Great service. My hair is natural, shoulder length and can be difficult to comb through without causing tones of breakage. The stylist took her time and Combed through completely with the conditioner.
The blow out was on point too!
I had the worst experience ever not only did the owner of this salon colored my hair black from being Blonde and investing so much money to stay Blonde !! The Owner made me pay $140 dollars for ruining my hair I was so devastated !! Never even apologized for this huge mistake! How can you take advantage of people that trusting you to do the right thing by doing your job as a professional. She should be paying me back my $140 for damages! Becareful what you as for at this salon !!
First time visiting the salon and I was a bit nervous from not knowing whether or not they knew what they were doing. To my pleasant surprise they were very nice, well informed about their work, gave great tips on haircare and best of all, made me feel so comfortable as if I've been a customer for years! The girls were awesome and I'm looking forward to going back for my healthy haircare journey with them. Check them out if you ever get the opportunity!
Place is nice. I was very pleased with my wash/set. The owner is sweet. Iris did my wash. She is sweet. I took my mom here. She was pleased also.
I got my lashes done by clarissa. She goes by “LashedByClarissa” on ig.. All I can say is the service was wonderful. I’ve been going to her since 2020 & I will literally follow her everywhere ! She so efficient yet, very tedious when it comes to doing my lashes. We always have nice music going & great conversations. Sometimes I even fall asleep because the atmosphere is soooo peaceful. Shes the first and only person to do my lashes & I can say that they last up to 3 1/2 weeks & she constantly checks in on me & ask about my retention, while giving me tips to maintain them. She obviously loves her craft & the proof is in the work !!
i went to a girl “LashedbyClarrisa” here and it was terrible. i came to her on 3 separate occasions, the first two times was great and the lashes lasted. the last most recent i was upset because the lashes barely lasted a week. i got them done July 1st by July 3rd they was basically thin. i did the proper care for them, they just fell out. i didn’t wet the lashes until the falling day, i don’t sleep on my face, there is no reason on my hand why the lashes would fall out. she tried to tell me it’s because i wet the lashes but i waited a full 24 hours to wet them so i don’t understand how that could’ve been an affect. i got the lashes done to go on vacation they didn’t even last for me to get on the plane! when i asked her to fix them she said she can when i come back from vacation or to come in before i left!the point of getting the lashes was for VACATION NOT FOR AFTER THE VACATION. i told her i was not able to come in before i left and asked for a refund and she denied me my money back after SHE MESSED UP! not even to mention i spent 150 and i tipped her! i gave her all this money and i couldn’t get a refund or anything. i loved her work but it was terrible experience and i wasted my money, i been getting lashes for a while and i never had lashes last for not even a full week. latigazos de basura
The lady that’s washed my hair was very professional and polite, HOWEVER the one that was blow drying my hair was very rough and unapologetic. I have A LOT of natural unprocessed hair so I decided to get a wash and set for once… worst decision EVER. The lady kept burning my scalp. Even after me wincing and jumping in pain. She didn’t want to take the time to properly deal with my hair… she burned it bone straight though so I guess u got my money worth. I won’t EVER go here again
