I get that you close at 7. I called and asked if you had time for 1 adult and child. Then charge me extra bc she doesn't wanted to sit in the children's chair, she wanted to sit beside her mother. There was noone else in there! Completely rushed and told no on two request for simple nail care. Man and women working tonight completely rude. I live here and will never come back! It's called customer service! Just the basics would have been fine. Then I pay $120 for this! Pics below. Wow! Just wow!

Kenny did an AMAZING job on French manicure. The lady that did my French pedicure also did a great job. It was a clean and relaxing atmosphere and I truly enjoyed it.

I took my granddaughter to get a set of nails. I got a pedicure. First of all, the nail tech was very rough and negative about working on her nails. My granddaughter is 15. Second, she applied the wrong size nails, weren’t shaped correctly. We left The salon and the more we looked at them, they were a mess. My pedicure felt rushed. A 2 minute massage and out in the light my polish looks like a 3 year did it. The staff was not welcoming and was more interested in chatting it up about their drinking experiences (loudly I might add). Oh and getting out of there. So we didn’t bother going back to have these issues fixed. Instead I paid for these services elsewhere. And they did an amazing job. So I will never darken their door again.

Do not like this place! I originally went there, because my friend recommended it, and the girl did my nails acrylic which I asked for powder, and they were way too thick and the nails were uneven length. I just went back a second time to give it another chance and my nails look like penguin feet, and they charge six extra dollars just to have two different colors on her hand.

My wife just left this salon hysterically crying after leaving there. She was assaulted by the male technician who works there. She was violently grabbed and sat down and also locked inside by this male technician because my wife was unhappy with the service being used. We have notified the police. Do not go to this nail salon

It’s a beautiful salon but I got the impression the person working on my pedi would rather be touching roadkill.

I have had the best experience as far as a pedicure goes. The nice lady that did my toes was amazing... Sad I didn't catch her name ???? but she did such an amazing job on my feet.. I haven't been able to find anybody that does good French tips on my toes ever, and now I have found me a place I will be going to regularly.

Having been going here for several years. Kate always does a great job and I am always greeted with a smile.
