first of, i want to start off with, what i asked for and what i got. i posted the pictures below. Second of i want to say they are kinda rude, my friend was getting her nails done after me and she accidentally messed up the nail polish and the lady started getting mad at her and my friend was saying sorry and all she did was stare at her and complain. When i got my nails done, i asked for hearts, the hearts look like good from really far away but from kinda close up, they look like i smudged it everywhere. When she was filing down my nails she went way to far back she she KNEW she was going to far back on my pointer finger, middle finger, pinky, it hurt so bad.

They put unwanted gel polish on My toes w/o asking me when I always get regular ( more$). Eyelashes weren't on fleak just okay. Techs didnt like nail colors I chose & both techs pressured me to get very holiday looking nails (again more $ bc u don't want Christmas nails very long after Christmas). Got upgraded pedi & no leg massage & they didnt do hot stones. I was there all afternoon like 4 hrs. for mani/upgraded pedi, eyebrow wax, eyelashes.

I went in with a photo of what I wanted and didn’t receive anything close to it. The nails are bumpy, crooked, the wrong shape, color and wrong design. The service was rude and they charged me $60 for this. The first photo is what I asked for and the second is what I received.

The mani and pedi were great and the price was good, but the salon itself is pretty disorganized—nail supplies are piled up everywhere and cases of soda are stacked up under the tech’s work station…it’s looks like a beginner’s hoarding house.

Spent 2 hours here for him to put on the wrong sns color on one hand...30 more minutes to take it off...and you then leave looking like this...and they charged me $10 for what they think was getting a manicure...does this look like a manicure to you?! My nails have sns, cotton, and residue on them!! Nope nope nope .

I can’t brag on these ladies enough! Not only do my nails look perfect every time (they are perfectionist and take their time!!!), but they are also SO sweet and truly care about their customers. I am currently 9 months pregnant and went there today (probably my 4th time going) for a polish change on my toes and an SNS manicure. They told me to sit in the pedicure chair for my manicure so that I’d be comfortable, yes their idea! And the woman who did my polish change on my toes went above and beyond!! She took her time cutting, filing, etc..and was sooo sweet and massaged my legs and feet too since I’m incredibly pregnant without me even asking haha and the woman who did my manicure (same women for both each time I’ve gone) always checks to make sure I like the polish color after she paints/dips my nail, before she continues with the rest. I’ve been impressed every time I’ve gone there :) highly recommend!

Absolutely love my lashes every time they are done. The worst part for me is the removal process. Hoping they can find a different solution for removal, possibly a natural one. Theirs always burns and so much pain is involved.

Love visiting this nail salon because they make you feel right at home. Not only do they make you feel great, they do an awesome job on nails. They take their time and waste no time making sure you enjoy the service. My guy was hilarious and can talk for hours! Highly recommend them.
