Not welcoming at all. No prices on anything. Owner daughter was working in there and didn't know anything about the store. She had to call her mom for prices and the mom just throwing out on the spot prices. Totally over priced. But the final the straw was when I got to the register to pay with my card she start reading my card number to her mom over the phone. I immediately stop it. She said her mom is going to process it at home. Hell no! What type of business is that. Never go there.
The owner of the store is very pleasant. she always greets when coming through the door. I was skeptical about going to this beauty supply because I saw many horrible reviews about it, but I decided to go anyway. I am pleasantly surprised and I do know that everyone will not always be happy but so far I've been really happy going to this beauty supply store very friendly woman very gracious, very kind and helpful. Walked in, found an amazing wig (faster than normal for me) Next day had a hair appointment, (box braids) Mama Diva is so welcoming! And really helps her customers out. I found EVERYTHING I needed here. This is my new home for all hair products that’s for certain! You won’t be disappointed. Go in, have a look around! I bet you’ll pick something up that you wasn’t even thinking abt getting lol.
I go here often to get my hair braided and never had any trouble. Any hairstyle I want mama will call and get me a appointment right away. She is really good with getting back with me in a timely manner! Good place and good people!
One of the wigs I bought realized it was too small around my head , when I turned around and went back in, told her but said she couldn't do anything about it since I left the store? Had to buy a second wig. I think it was her job to make sure the wigs fit properly, now I m stuck with a wig to small. Not to satisfied
