I been going to my awesome nail tech Emmy, the Boss, for over 10years. I will never cheat on her????
the customer service i just received was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. as soon as he started doing my nails, he mentioned my hands being sweaty. which, they were. it’s 82 degrees today. i’d he just mentioned it the one time, i wouldn’t be writing this. he ONLY talked about that the whole time. he kept whining that they were sweaty. he kept wiping off my hands, made me keep a fan on them the whole time, made me wash my hands, and aggressively did my nails like he just couldn’t wait to get it over with. this was just upsetting since this obviously was not something i could help, and he would not stop trying to make me feel bad about this. i left the salon wanting to cry lol.
If I could give them negative stars I would. NOT clean at all, didn't use sterilized tools, overflowed the pedicure water all over my shoes, stopped my service to trim another customers toe nails and did not change gloves or clippers until I asked her to. I was cut multiple times, the technician was incredibly rough and rushed both my pedicure and manicure. When I called for some sort of refund I was offered a gift card. Why would I want to return to an unsanitary place? Lesson learned.
Basically I went here with my cousin to get our nails done, I had asked for pink french tips on my acrylic nails. While getting my nails done the nail technician was rushing and man handling my nails, her and the other nail technician sitting next to her proceeded to start screaming at eachother for a good 10-15 minutes ! The one technician went to go hit the other technician (she raised her arm up with a nail tool and basically was about to hit her) and i was literally sitting there like wtf… anyways she completely messed up my nails, my french tips aren’t even french tips she painted halfway down my nails, she might as well just of painted my whole nail. There is dirt and bubbles and SPARKLES all up in my nails that i didn’t ask for what so ever, my nails are uneven and the paint is lopsided. I’m extremely aggravated because it’s really not that hard. I will never be returning.
