Not too busy. No lines waiting to check out. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Went to this store and will never return. I asked the Lady for help and she clearly did not want to help me. She slowly got up off her stool and walked to the product I was looking for. As I asked her a few questions she was so ugly with her attitude and So DISRESPECTFUL. Management needs better customer service.

Been going here for 10+ years just spent 140 dollars here, had help from a employee getting my extension to match and turns out when I got home it didn't even match my blonde hair which the extensions were strawberry blonde so definitely didn't match, I went up to try to exchange them and because they have been opened they will not do what is right and get the color that matches me. Super upset as Sam knows iv been coming for years but I will not be EVER coming back here. Don't go here they do not value the fact that I just spent so much money and has not been 24 hours of me having the hair and won't exchange bit.

They have a lot of products there! Great selection with great prices!! The store is bright and very clean. I appreciate the mask requirement in order to enter, and they encourage social distancing throughout the store.
