Spoke to the manager Andy. Told him what happened with my wife. He did not want to refund the service. Explained the situation and how my wife didn’t feel comfortable going back there. He said there is nothing they could do. I just asked for a refund for her pedicure and he refused. Here are the photos less than 10 hours after
Worse nail service place ever !! I’m not one to complain and post about it but they did such an awful job what I had asked for was completely different than to what I got done !! I asked nicely to have them fixed and like always they get mad and make a big deal and get offended !!!! The lady re did them and ended looking worse so I asked to just get a full color but still just disappointed never coming again !! Don’t waste your time . I went there for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails and my eyebrows waxed. My pedicure was only 15mins. Normally when I get a pedicure it's 30+ mins. Then my nails, the other lady, she rushed as well. My nails are shorter than I asked and I didn't get the extra clear coat and she did my waxing too and my eyebrows are uneven and I had to come home and correct them as best as I could. On a day like this at the nail salon I'm there at the least 2 hrs. Here, I was in & out in an 1 hour.
I went to get a fill! I had to broken nails so she need it to place two new tips! When she cut them they were still long compare to the other ones! As I reached to show her that they were too long she slapped my hand! She realized that she had hit me and said sorry! I was so surprise by it and I told her you never do that to a customer! She got up and left me at the table! I told the manager what happen and the manager said she said she was not done cutting the nails meaning that slapping my hand was acceptable because she was not done! They never apologize! I have observed many times how rude and short this ladies are! The owner does not care anyways! Very sad that rhe nail place around my house are so rude!! I hope al the customers that gets such a poor service bice don’t come back! They don’t deserve to get any business!
This was my third time here. I will never go back. Each time the staff is rude and poor quality service. The sat me down and then asked me to move, I went in for a full set acrylic. The worker said she had no time for. Then did a terrible job with my nails aside from cutting my cuticles on every finger. The acrylic is thick and poorly shaped! Stay away! I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for 5 years, I understand having a one off of poor service, but not 3! I kept coming back because my bf goes to the barber next door so it's convenient. But never again.
To anyone who is already or becoming a customer. Be careful when coming to this spot. My sister came here recently to get her nails done. After the visit, on both hands, there was an infection that forming on the area outside of her nails. We did up going to a doctor and the infection can be spread by touching. We were given ointment to get rid of it. The cause is most likely from either poor handling or lack of cleanliness.
I will say that this has never happened before to her but I heard from others that they have had some form of infection from this place.
To sum it all up, I would recommend for anyone looking into this place to look at other options. If you still would like to come to the place, just be aware and be careful.
I take my better half to Deluxe Nails & Spa where she gets her nails etc. done. They are friendly and they do excellent work.
Day29 of quarantine, but 42 days since I got my cute St Patrick’s day nails done! No lifting or cracks. Gel on acrylic- holding up remarkably well even with all the excessive hand washing and use of disinfectant. Can’t wait to go back????
